Not only were the T-shirts the wrong sizes, but the entire process was handled in the most unprofessional and disrespectful way. From the start, we were clear about the color and sizes we wanted. Guni promised delivery within 3-5 days after payment. But once we paid, communication went downhill. Three days later, he told us he didn't have the color we requested and suggested alternatives. We tried to be flexible and work with what he had. After several delayed responses, Guni finally claimed he had our original color -- but the shirts we received were faded, undersized, and low quality. When I called to express my disappointment, he was rude and hung up on me, saying, "If you don't like the T-shirts, send them back and I'll give you a refund." I even asked the person who referred me to follow up with him -- only to hear that Guni made immature and body-shaming comments when the sizing issue was brought up. What should have been a simple order turned into a frustrating experience filled with rudeness, carelessness, and zero accountability. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business.
