I'm so disappointed in this place. I call them twice before driving from Annapolis MD. I spoke to Josh on the phone asking about active duty military discount or any specials for V- times pictures. He told me he'll give a military discount take care of my family just come i told him I'm coming further away so I'll like be sure or I could go to PG mall do my family pictures. I get there no discount, was there a few hours waiting and store didn't even have more than 2ppl. I asked about discount we spoke about nothing he just look at me crazy. I told him this bad business and I'll never return ever. I'm posting it here and on my social media go to PG. Plaza cause telling people lies just get them to your store is really bad. read more

This business scammed me. I asked if they could do 18 4" x 6" prints. After almost an hour, I got prints with weird white borders on some sides. They also charged me over $95.00 for prints that would have been less than $10.00 at CVS. I generally pay more to support local business, but charging nearly 10x as much and still providing a worse product is not acceptable. I recommend going literally anywhere else. read more

I normally come here for my passport photos and have loved the quality. This time went to order t-shirts for my son's Senior Night. They were very patient and even told me where I could get the t-shirts for the best price. They edited the photo I provided for free (normally $10) and had my t-shirts ready in less than 24hrs. My family is very pleased with the quality and the customer service is 5 stars. read more

I would give this place 10 stars if it were possible! Came in on a busy Saturday around 3pm and was able to get four pictures enlarged by 5:30pm! So incredibly efficient and timely! The customer service was also exceptional , Ken was well versed in his craft and was open and patient to listening to my ideas for the photos , the results were absolutely perfect I couldn't be more pleased! If you are looking for a one stop shop for all of your imaging needs Kens is definitely the place to go! read more

After searching 23 studios who failed to generate Canadian Passport size photo (50mm x 70mm), Ken's place delivered. The guys here are Pro's and scholars. I was shocked to discover that so many studios can only do 2by2 photos and does not know how to measure any other sizes. I could not understand that at all. I mean how hard can this be? One of the studio (lets not mention names) confirmed they do 50mm x 70mm and after taking the shots, they printed out a 2 x 2. Pure jokes. But the guys at Kens can and know how to think outside of the box. Kudos to these guys and hope the establishment stays open for business forever. Cheers! read more

I came to Ken's to get some t-shirts printed. I called ahead and ask how long it would take, was told 20 minutes at the most. I arrived soon after and was told to wait. I waited for 30 minutes, while the staff help some other people. One of the staff members was not working and was just watching YouTube videos. Wendy customers I had of me we're done they told me to sit in a different place and wait. Then they started helping other customers who arrived after me without explanation. We've got frustrated and left. As we left, we made eye contact with the staff to see if they would help us. But they did not seem to care to retain our business. I would not recommend and will not go again. read more

We specialize in Passport photos, T-shirt printing/ Embroidery, Video transfers, and Event photography. Passport Photos, Video Transfers, Studio Portraits, Event Photography, Car lettering, Canvas printing, Custom t-shirt printing/ Embroidery, and printing banners At our store, we take passport photos and individual and family portraits. We also custom print t-shirts and other apparel and products from photos we take or photos people bring into the store. We also transfer VHS tapes to DVD. We are exceptional event photographers, and although wedding photography is our specialty, we also photograph corporate and other events, including company picnics and family reunions.

History

Established in 1996.

Wedding photography and custom printing t-shirts have always been two pillars of our business. We open as a kiosk in Beltway Plaza Mall in Greenbelt, MD. After a while, we outgrew the kiosk and opened a store in the mall. The store allowed us to have our own studio where we could take passport photos and individual and family portraits. It also gave us more room to custom print t-shirts and other apparel and products from the pictures we take at the studio or while photographing an event or that people bring into the store. We also transfer VHS tapes to DVDs. Although we do the bulk of our wedding and other event photography in the Maryland, DC, and Virginia area, we have traveled up and down the east coast to photograph an event.

I went to this UPS Store this morning to get a document notarized. The employee was initially able…read moreto notarize the document, and everything seemed fine. However, when I went to the State of Maryland office to get the document certified/apostilled, the state employee informed me that the notarization was done incorrectly because the notary stamp listed Howard County even though the notarization took place in Prince George's County at the Greenbelt UPS Store. I was told I needed to return to the notary for it to be corrected, so I went back to the store to clarify the issue. Instead of trying to understand the concern or calmly explain the situation, the employee became defensive, hostile, and dismissive while I was simply asking questions to better understand what happened. As a customer, I was genuinely confused and trying to understand who was correct, the Maryland state employee or the UPS employee/notary, but the employee's attitude escalated the situation unnecessarily. He became combative when I started asking questions to better understand the situation, and as a woman I immediately began to feel unsafe and uncomfortable around this employee because of his tone, attitude, and overall behavior. There was no professionalism, no attempt to de-escalate, and no customer service whatsoever. The tone was rude, disrespectful, and confrontational from the moment I asked questions about the issue. I even attempted to calm the conversation down myself, but it became difficult and I ultimately had to leave the store without any resolution. I will absolutely not be returning to this UPS Store or any UPS Store again. Please train your employees and managers better on customer service, de-escalation, and how to communicate respectfully with customers who are simply trying to resolve an issue.

I went to Kens photo imaging for a DVD to VHS transfer . I had a really old tape from 1991 and wanted it on DVD . I went in and was able to get my VHS transferred to DVD with awesome quality!!!
