So depending on which department you talk with you will get different and conflicting information. I had trouble setting up auto payments so went into a branch and they set up the payment so that it was late every month. There's no notification on email or by mail when a payment is late and a late fee is assessed. And there's no manager available by phone - they'll call back in 24 hours if you're lucky.

After a week, my husband called and they said they were still working on it. After 11 days, I went to the branch. She assured me it had been completed 5 days prior and the lien release was "in the mail". After two more days I called and they said the release was coming from Columbus Ohio and I should wait 7 to 10 days since "the mail is so slow". We did finally get it in the mail a day later and it was not postmarked the date the employee had told me. This is only one of the bad experiences with this bank!

my mom has been a member of this bank for over 30 years. My mom has a medical condition that makes…read moreit impossible to take care of herself and her finance. I opened an account for her benefit and this bank has made it very hard to take care of my mother. When I lived in another state I used to be able to send my mom money from a bank transfer from my bank to hers. I not only cannot do that from my out of state bank to my bank account with them for her benefit, I can no longer transfer into her own bank account with them. I can not use member service. I get a fee to use the atm, even though the account for her benefit is in my name and my account. After the transfer was blocked, I deposited a check two days before my mom's insurance bill was due and they didn't deposit it. It used to go in instant after mobile deposit. My mom's life insurance wasn't payed even though she has overdraft protection and she was still charged a 28.00 non sufficient fee. The worst bank in the world! My mom gave me the legal rights to make all financial and medical decisions. If you want a bank that respects your wishes and isnt trying to make up reasons to take your hard earned money, this bank is not for you. I urge you to change banks and to for new comers to go a different way.

Had to do business with this bank due to someone paying with a cashiers check from here. The check…read morewas lost. They will NOT reissue the cashiers check, stop it, or put an alert on it. People have to wait 90 days, pray someone doesn't nefariously try to cash it, then the money goes back to the issuer. I would NEVER accept anything from this bank or do business again, ever.
