Staff don't have the tools to process to manage loans well, and each component is a different…read moredepartment. So depending on which department you talk with you will get different and conflicting information. I had trouble setting up auto payments so went into a branch and they set up the payment so that it was late every month. There's no notification on email or by mail when a payment is late and a late fee is assessed. And there's no manager available by phone - they'll call back in 24 hours if you're lucky.

After a week, my husband called and they said they were still working on it. After 11 days, I went to the branch. She assured me it had been completed 5 days prior and the lien release was "in the mail". After two more days I called and they said the release was coming from Columbus Ohio and I should wait 7 to 10 days since "the mail is so slow". We did finally get it in the mail a day later and it was not postmarked the date the employee had told me. This is only one of the bad experiences with this bank!

Had to do business with this bank due to someone paying with a cashiers check from here. The check…read morewas lost. They will NOT reissue the cashiers check, stop it, or put an alert on it. People have to wait 90 days, pray someone doesn't nefariously try to cash it, then the money goes back to the issuer. I would NEVER accept anything from this bank or do business again, ever.
