The only stains they couldn't get out were likely ink, which they said is nearly impossible to get out of carpet, but 95% of all stains were just GONE! Disorganized. Our friends used her services when we lived up north and we were definitely not interested in using her services after the horrible job she did on their behalf. Bookkeepers can make or break you and can open you up to an audit, so be careful who you choose.
