I was referred to this firm by a family member, and she handled my 2024-2025 tax return. I provided…read moreall required documents more than a month in advance, but due to her workload, the return was submitted on the filing deadline. I was not given an opportunity to review the return before submission. Afterward, I discovered a significant number of errors that resulted in several thousand dollars in financial impact. I raised these issues with her, but she initially responded that the tax season was over. After multiple follow-up emails, she eventually amended my Form 1040; however, the amended return contained additional errors and made the situation worse. At that point, I had no choice but to hire another CPA to correct the mistakes and clean up the filings. I have never encountered a CPA with this level of incompetence. If your tax situation is even moderately complex, I strongly recommend staying away from this firm.

Excellent installers…read more This review is a little late since the install was about 3 years ago. But I've had no issues and so I decided to give a review. I requested to install an 85" TV in the living room with a Sonos sound bar and separate wireless subwoofer. I also bought a PS5 and asked them to install and route the wires. I asked for high quality wires that can handle 4K or higher and they made sure of it and showed me the box/manufacturer of the cables. I did buy an expensive TV mount but they told me that I would be better off buying a cheaper cost mount that extended better and recommended me one from Walmart. They weren't wrong. So I returned the expensive one. I appreciate their expertise and recommendation. They knew that I was very picky on installation details, routing wiring (especially hiding visible wires), mounting location and they did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again.
