Helen was very easy to communicate with, but that's where the positive experience ended. We weren't there when they came in to clean on a Tuesday. When we went in the following morning, it truly appeared as though nobody had come in. The kitchen was filthy, whole closets were skipped, windowsills ignored, just truly we questioned if maybe they hadn't come in at all. Helen agreed that it was not up to par so she sent the team back for Thursday. This really set back our moving plans and caused panic, but we didn't have much of a choice. My husband was there when the crew arrived on Thursday. They were rude, dismissive, and acted dismayed when he asked them to clean things - like the fridge!! Even though he pointed out all the areas we needed them to focus on, we came in with our moving truck on Friday, and while the kitchen looked a bit better (appliances still filthy) closets and windowsills were still skipped. Helen will probably respond and say "dust settles long after a house is cleaned." I am talking about actual filth skipped altogether identified within 24 hours of the supposed cleaning completion. She will also mention that I added a screened porch and garage the second day - I was under the impression that was covered from the beginning but in any event, my complaints have nothing to do with those rooms. For $840, days lost when we could have started moving things in, endless phone calls and stress/panic, I am deeply regretful for having take a chance on a sub-par company for such an important job. They don't seem to cover even the basics, let alone a deep clean. I still very much doubt they had even come the first day. Helen insists they did, but that really reflects poorly on them because of how dirty they left things. Clearly no standards or checklist to speak of. Stay away.
