Here comes the bomb: the lassi(a fruity yogurt) and the chai is really authentic!! It actually taste like what I've had in Nepal!! If you'd like some Indian food for the night this Is definitely the place to go to.

Waiters were very friendly and helpful. - they recommended multiple dishes and added some great hot spices upon request. We did a mix of chicken (don't let the "chicken nuggets" description drive u away) and mutton (lamb) -- naan, and mixed rice. All was great spicy and on point for what we were craving. You can make your reservation in trip advisor to lock in 20% discount - we were pleased with price, food and atmosphere. As we were leaving about 8:30 the restaurant was filling up! One more tip - if you are a beer fan and want a great pre dinner draft beer - hit BrewDog up before dinner - they open at 6pm and only a 3 block walk to Taj Mahal.

It was super clean, food was amazing, service was good too. Would recommend to anyone passing through the area

We were coming from Santa Croce church and found this. Small joint, nothing lavish, your next-door restaurant types. A major chunk of business is done by the ordering system. Lacked flavor a bit and the rice was a little more mushy than I'm used to, but I'd definitely try other things on the menu! Complementary crispy bread and chutneys (9/10): the red sweet chutney was my fav! Comes in a cute platter Chicken tikka masala (7.5/10): smaller portions but decent spice. Seasoned well, just wish it was a tad bit creamer! Chicken biryani (7/10): well spiced, but not the best I've had! Garlic naan (10/10): this was AMAZING. crispy, buttery, well seasoned. Lemoncello spritz (7/10): not as sweet as I'd hoped but I liked the amount of mint & lemoncello it had. Service was great & I loved the warm & cozy atmosphere!

Food did come fast though. It's just that we have to wait a really long time for our order to be taken. Garlic naan was very flavorful. Simple, but delicious. I was expecting something very fancy for the chili garlic naan but I think I preferred the garlic naan more. Dal Banzara was AMAZING! Large chunks of dal, and proper spicy too. So good! Jeera Rice Was also simple but delicious. Good ratio of the rice and jeera. Dad got Gosh Beliram (a mutton dish) and loved it! The actual gravy part was spicy which was very appreciated. Murgh Makhan Wala was basically like butter chicken. Quite a creamy curry but I think it could have been a little more spicy. Felt fairly sweet at some point. Hariyali Kebab was very meh. Sister got this and said it was very plain; No flavor. Pistachio Lassi was a disappointment. There wasn't really much pistachio flavor; Mostly just lassi flavor with a hint of pistachio. Masala Chai was a hit! Came in a cute tea cup as well. It was not hot though; More like room temperature, so it had to be drunk quickly.

Very nice design and interior, this is definitely a very vegan/vegetarian sort of place but they offer a very good lunch menu with two items for 8 euros (basically with a glass of wine and water, your meal average around 10 euros a person). I had the spinach and kale puree with garlic which was really tasty, much more than it sounds. I also tried a fresh salad with avocado which was nice, though I would have appreciated more avocado ;-). My boyfriend got a type of pasta with sauteed veggies, which was really good. The turnaround was quite quick since it's a popular work lunch environment, it was absolutely packed with local Italians who obviously come here quite a bit.
