By the time we arrived at the store, she had a plan to share and multiple suggestions of how to arrange the room. What was extraordinary was how she arranged to meet with us before the store opened in order to insure us extra time and provide us a completely safe, non-threatening and sanitized environment during the COVID pandemic. Her upbeat manner carried over as she followed us home to measure our space and mark out where the chosen pieces would go. Nobody does this! But she did! Moreover she was available for carpet consult and other extras. Not only did we save ourselves a 3 hour round-trip to Nashua's larger furniture stores, but we had her undivided attention and commitment to making the right purchases for our home. I came back several days later to get my watch. He had removed two links and gave me back my links and tube and collars in a sealed envelope, never mentioning that he had damaged some of the parts. When I opened the envelope I saw that one collar was missing and one pin was bent and unusable. (See the photo.) When I returned to the store about this issue he said, "That's an awesome job compared to how they should have been." This is an exact quote. If Jame's idea of an "awesome job" is losing one part and destroying another, I wonder what his idea of a bad job is? Even James is a fake jeweler and clown, as evidenced by his shoddy workmanship and pathetic excuses.

I prefer to go to smaller stores than the big box superstores when I can to support local smaller business and to get things more quickly- this size has plenty to offer but it's faster than walking through a mega store to get a few screws or a new tool. 2) selection: hands down, this store has far more in stock than all other Aces and local smaller stores when it comes to power tools/ power tool option models from Dewalt, Makita, craftsman, black and decker and Bosch- among others. Decent selection of most things you could ever need for your projects and household stuff. Any time I've ordered online the order is there and ready. Recommended.

They had 1 paint can on the shelf, but no lid. The price marked on the shelf was $5.99. i picked up a cheap plastic lid hoping she would at least give me a discount or find me a lid so i did not have to buy one, that was supposed to come with the pail. Nope, the empty paint can rang up at 6.99 and she rang up the cover at 2.59 for a total of $9.58 for an empty paint can. I told her to keep it and i would go to Home Depot to get it. IHome Depot price was 6.99 and it came with a cover. I think Hamshaws need to empower their employees, the ability to work with the customer, if there is an issue, like i experienced. I am sure (maybe not)Hamshaws would rather have me leave as a happy customer and not a disgruntled one
