Fast forward to now (Feb. 2016) and I needed some more PT per my ortho surgeon to help strengthen my right hip to help with some pain management. There is now a new registered PT there, very nice and knowledgeable, but I'm having a problem with my insurance. My insurance company tells me one thing about my coverage and the office is getting a different answer from Florida Blue, which ends up having me pay an $85.00 copay for each visit which I could afford but do not feel is necessarily correct per my Florida Blue contact. Don't see any resolution here so may have to change to another PT, but they are so busy I don't think they really care one way or another...

Next day I crashed, went to quality healthcare urgent walk in. They took me in, assessed me and started an iv with antibiotics immediately. The pills the hospital gave me were useless. Long story short, it took 8 days of iv antibiotics to begin to feel better and they monitored me every 3 days for 2 weeks. They were extremely cautious and attentive. Yes, sometimes the wait is long, but they NEVER rush you out like you're on a timer which of course puts them behind. They have NEVER pushed supplements, I've had to ask for vitamins, etc that might be helpful. All in all...I was very happy with this practice. Unfortunately we have moved out of state and I miss them!

The fourth correct could be considered referral yet 3 weeks lost and an additional three weeks to the next available to remove an abnormal ultrasound site that called for an immediate core biopsy to determine benign or cancerous. I stopped. Next a.m. with an attentive and expert Internal new M.D. PCP! He does not depend on the NP to make his decisions for care. Thank you for the first tests and DX, then you gave your attention to a NP for me to lose 6 weeks when your office received the report the next day.
