After finding myself without insurance and multiple medical problems. I am now what they call "self pay". Afraid to go to the doctors for my foot pain because I had no idea what my office visit would cost. I remembered a doctor I saw years ago that treated me with such amazing results. This week I returned to see Dr.Haile and am so pleased to report that I left his office only having the necessary tests and treatment that I needed. He didn't charge me an arm and a leg and he delivers his treatment with such kindness. A master at his craft and a great bedside manner. You rarely find that anymore. Thank you Dr. Haile. I give this a 10 star, my first office vist was yesterday, Dr. Haile and the entire staff are amazing,, Dr Haile was so gentle with my foot, found what was causing me pain within 2 mins of seeing me, I thank you Dr. Haile and your staff. read more

After making an appointment and having my insurance confirmed. I was told when I got there that…read morethey do not take my insurance. Complete failure on the front staff. When I told them I called to confirm that they took my insurance, the incompetent person told me that it wasn't me. Always easy to pass the blame to someone else. If you can't get it right at the front of the house, you can't get it right at the back of the house.
