A well dressed, professional Dave Rogers arrived during actual contracted company was in the middle of installing. Dave was gracious and seemed to understand the 'mixup'. My reason for the rating is that their quote was competitive over the phone. Very professional. As in the actual contracted company, they were interested in helping install a pre purchased outdoor security camera when others weren't.
