No appointment necessary! Sometimes you just decide you want your nose pierced. I called and they let me know as long as I got in before 6:30 they could fit me in same day. The shop is open and super clean, this immediately made me feel at ease. Shelle greeted me and walked me through the process. The prices are extremely reasonable. Once I decided on jewelry she sanitized her station, the equipment and the jewelry. She was patient as I had her adjust the placement and made sure I was very comfortable before she started. I felt reassured and after the first piercing I need a minute. She never rushed me, I was able to calm down before she proceeded. It was a fast process it hurt but I think being comfortable made the process less stressful. She walked me through the cleaning process and let me know she'll change the jewelry for free in three months. I highly recommend visiting her for all you piercing needs! I absolutely love mine!

We brought our 9-year old daughter to get her ears repierced (they had closed up after she stopped wearing earrings a few years ago). They couldn't have been any nicer and more patient with her. She was a basketcase because is afraid of needles but she eventually was able to have it done (and she said it hurt less than a flu shot). The place is absolutely spotless.

We came here to have my daughter's ears and my navel repierced. Shelle took care of us and she was phenomenal. She was very patient with my daughter (and me), explaining everything and offering candy at the end. She has a soothing voice and demeanor that really helps put you at ease. The shop was quiet. There was music, but it wasn't very loud. It was also VERY clean. I felt very good about the hygiene at the shop. read more

Indiana Tattoo Company was a wonderful establishment! This place is incredibly clean, very spacious, and does not feel like you are in a cubicle or on top of other people. Very open concept! The two artists there, Alex and Hannah, are both very friendly, sanitary, and cautious. In preparing for the visit, the artist did not just copy the inspiration picture but brought his own ideas to the piece as well. The artist worked very efficiently, and I would recommend those two to anybody I know! read more

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Hudson yesterday. I reached out via FM Messenger a few weeks ago and they responded almost immediately with the information I was looking for and got an appointment set up quickly. Hudson was very professional and did a wonder job on the two tattoo's I received. I am so pleased with the outcome as I wasn't sure what I was looking for in the "coloring" of the one but his talent and experience provided the perfect design. I would also like to comment on Hudson in general. While he was getting me set up he was also helping mentor an apprentice working in the shop giving very clear recommendations and praising the apprentice on his work. It's great to see people truly love the career and want to pass it along to others. As for the facility itself. Extremely clean well spaced out so there was ample space between artist, great light setup to assist in their work. I will be back in the future read more

I had to get a stud changed out of my nose with a simple hoop I could take out for surgery. I brought my own hoop and she changed it out for free! Everyone here is chill and they play the best music. Super clean studio with lots of space so people aren't right on top of each other which I like especially with Covid still going strong. I will definitely be going back. read more

For me, deciding where to get a child's ears pierced was a big decision. After looking all over in the Indy area, I found Indiana Tattoo Company. They were responsive when I called for information and even take walk-ins. Our daughter is 5 and wanted her ears pierced before starting Kindergarten. Shelle was AMAZING! She provided just the right amount of information and was so smooth with the piercing. We are now 4 weeks post piercing and have sailed through the healing phase. Hudson did tattoos for my cousin and I, and I don't think I have ever had better service for almost anything. He was extremely calm, made us feel much less anxious, and walked us through the entire process. He was also very upfront with how the tattoos would look and what he could do for us. My cousin moved a bit during hers causing an uneven line, so he made sure to offer a touch up in a few weeks with a larger needle to cover that up, and used the larger needle on me to start so that the lines would still match even down to the small details. Very professional and thoughtful! Everyone else in the shop came and checked up on us and the process as well, and gave us some good laughs! read more

I've had my ears pierced since I was 9 and I went in for my upper lobe piercing today (08/02/2020), I was very nervous because of the pain, but Hudson was very soothing. Immediately when I got out of my car he smiled at me and was very kind. Before he did anything he explained to me what he was about to do and his voice was very soothing. Right before he put the needle in he told me when to breathe in and breathe out as I asked him to. Highly recommend to go there if you want to get any piercing read more

Terrible customer service. They did not help their customers in the order they arrived. We waited over 60 min as they let four people go in front of us. Very unprofessional. Not sure why they have appointments if they don't keep them. read more

I had promised my child she could get her second set of ear piercings for her birthday. We made an evening of it and she was so excited. Her first piercings, we went to a place that used gold earrings and single use, spring loaded "guns." It went perfectly and the healing process was quick with no issues. Same experience when I took her little sister there a month later. I regret that I let the opinions of others sway me into thinking I had chosen wrong. I wish I had just taken her back to the first place we used. We were not greeted when we walked in. The woman at the register was extremely rude when approached and clearly annoyed to be taken away from her phone long enough to engage with us or answer questions. I chose to try Rowan because they boast piercings are done by an RN. While the piercer was kind and took care of her with compassion and swiftness, I'm horrified of the after effects we've dealt with from her using the single use guns that are NOT spring loaded. The earrings are essentially just forced thru the ear lobes by the pressure from the piercers hand. My child immediately began crying after the first one and had a hard time committing to going thru with the other ear, because of the pain. All night, she complained about the pain. She wants to ultimately have 3-4 lobe piercings because she likes the look of multiple earrings. Immediately after leaving, she said next year she wants to go back to the first place that used the spring loaded guns. She said the pain with guns that Rowan uses was "too much." In the middle of the night, she woke me, crying and insisting I needed to take one of the earrings out. I was mortified when I took her into the bathroom and saw her ears. The one was so swollen that it was starting to puff out around the earring. It had to be removed. I took her to her pediatrician in the morning, concerned, because the other ear was also quite swollen. I also wanted to be sure there was no infection in the lobe that we had removed the earring from. Thankfully it was fine, and she told me to continue with care and monitor the one remaining piercing and remove the earring if the swelling worsened. She also said she would never recommend anyone get their ears pierced in the manner that Rowan in using. It causes more trauma than the single use spring loaded guns. Her own pediatrician was shocked to learn about Rowans practices and that they're using the guise of RNs to make this seem like a safer alternative. I ended up paying $150 at Rowan for earrings that are not gold, and ended up with only one piercing and a traumatic experience for my child. Versus paying $120 and receiving gold earrings, 2 perfect piercings and an exciting experience. Rowan also asks you to tip your piercer.

I ended up payed $250 for that crap he tattooed on my arm that looks nothing like the design. I am still pissed to this day and looking to get it removed. Which to be honest is your read this review PHONG you should PAY FOR MY TATTOO REMOVAL! because your work is crap. Maybe put the tattoo gun down and go do something else because tattoos ain't for you buddy. Not only your work is crap but you charge an arm a leg for this fuckery. Might as well have my kid tattoo me. I'm pissed!

I went to ITC to get my double piercing. I have very bad needle anxiety along with a needle phobia. So I was very nervous coming in. I also tried to put an earring in my first piercing right before the piercing and my ear swelled up and started bleeding. When we entered the shop, we were welcomed and I immediately felt more comfortable. Hudson did an amazing job piercing my ear. He was very calming and explained every step of the way. He is absolutely amazing at making people feel more comfortable! The piercing went great and I love it. When it got infected after I tried to change it because I have a nickel allergy, we went back to get it re-pierced and get a new earring he handled it amazing. Highly recommend this place for any piercing needs, and I will be returning for any future piercings. read more

I got my helix pierced on 8/8/20 by Hudson and he was AMAZING! I was nervous but he definitely eased my nerves! He took time to explain everything to me thoroughly and was a complete professional! My only regret is that I didn't go with his first recommendation of my helix placement. I couldn't fully see how it would look where he initially marked it, it seemed a little too high so I had him lower it a bit and he did just as I asked, no questions asked. Turns out, he was spot on with the first marking so my piercing is a little lower than I wanted it to be because of me however I still love it! I went in to get a second ear piercing on each ear and to get the side of my nose pierced. My very concerned mother was with me, and was skeptical about the whole piercing process. I, a college freshman, had heard and seen my fair share of piercing horror stories, but was willing to give it a try. Hudson took great care of us. He explained the piercing process in detail and put both my mother and I at ease. He was a pleasant, calming presence throughout the process, and gave excellent aftercare instructions. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this shop. Both of the Artist's are not that great. Nick's tattoos are down right horrible and his lines are never straight. The other guy Jay just look really old after they heal. The biggest issue with this place though is Nick is on the Indiana S.O offender list and time time in prison for things having to do with very young girls. I have had 6 tattoos done by Jay and all of them have been excellent!!! I asked to complete a full sleeve and he was able to tie in my old tattoos and add new and it looks like it was all planned.
