My husband surprised me with an appointment with Dr. Wagner because - #1 he's a wonderful husband and #2 I've been complaining about my saggy/baggy/dark eyes for decades. The moment I stepped into Dr. Wagner's office, my apprehension was put at ease by the welcoming staff. It was evident that everyone, from the front office, to the nurses and patient care coordinator, all had my best interest at heart. After careful consideration, I decided to have a brow lift, upper and lower eye lid surgery, and a neck lift. The day of my surgery, Dr. Wagner was waiting for me in pre-op, and carefully explained the orchestration of the day so my husband and I understood every step. He had a long day--I took a 6-hour nap! I must share with you the hardest part for me was 'laying low' for 6 weeks; but doing so was monumental in my recovery and healing process. I was referred to Dr. Jeffrey Wagner at Wagner and Associates by a close friend who had seen him for a breast enhancement. I had a consultation with Dr. Wagner's office back September for a tummy tuck,first impression was very warm an welcomeing environment. First office staff greeted me with a smile. They were very nice. Dr. Wagner's nurses are Awesome! Very informative, very open an honest. The coordinator Kara , OMG ! where do I start with her! Amazing, outgoing, very informative about the surgery I was questioning. She went over an beyond the call of duty to answer all my questions. She is the greatest!
