They pick you up at your car and bring you to the airport all part of the parking cost. The shuttle drops you off at the gate you need to go. Returning there is a shuttle area where you hop a ride back to your car. Drivers we had are so friendly. Staff are very friendly. With a AMA membership you get an extra 10% off the total cost. It's way cheaper to park your car then taking a taxi to and from the airport for sure. This time we were on a short five day trip upon returning we were unable to start our car. I walked to the entrance and a very nice man came out running to see if I was okay. I explained that our car wouldn't start if I could call a tow. He said let's see what he could do. Well to my surprise he drove to our car and gave us a boost for no extra cost this is all included in there service. We were so impressed with the extra friendly service. Pick up was even more amazing. We texted the number and we had our shuttle at the airport within 5-10 minutes. Our car was running and ready to go as we entered the lot. I parked in the Hanson Square parking lot because of its easy access to Calgary's 17th Street. I was super excited to find out that I could pay for a daily pass at $16, which would cover my lunch and afternoon event. Issues began: I went to the app and processed my daily pass. I received a confirmation that my payment was accepted at 11:48 am via email. According to my email, my parking started at 11:49 am and ended at 7 pm that day, which I would not have known if I hadn't requested an emailed receipt. After my events, I returned to my car around 4 pm and found that I had been issued a parking notice for $80 at 11:47 am that same day. Note: Fines increase to $110 if not paid within 10 days of receipt of the notice. Indigo threatens to tow your car if they don't receive payment. They state they will try to respond to disputes within 48 hours. I disputed my parking notice via email the same day. It's been 7 days since the notice was issued. I have not received a response from anyone at Indigo Park. I emailed them once more. I am waiting for a response. I received an email from Indigo Park Management. After they looked at my documentation, they cancelled the parking notice.

Bankers Hall West is topped by a gold roof & the East building's crown is in silver. A white cowboy hat has long been an iconic symbol of Calgary, being portrayed on the city's flag, and presented as gifts to foreign dignitaries by the civic government at "white hat ceremonies". Going down, found one down escalator and then just walked down the next floor on the construction stairs. Didn't look at any of the shops at all. But the food court was not busy and lots of seating for 2PM. We had our choice of Subway, Asian fare, Greek food, and burgers. We got our food and found a booth seating. It was clean and comfortable. The restrooms were nearby and they were clean.
