They must be under different management - i have left my car there numerous time with no issues and highly recommended them - parked there is December to come back and find the bumper on my brand new Nissan damaged - it looks as though it happened when they pulled my suitcase out of the back - when i pointed it out to them they said i did it and were extremely rude. Will never park there again had to get the bumper repainted ON A BRAND NEW CAR - to correct the damage and all they would show me is pictures they took AFTER they parked the car. I have used this company for the very last time I have traveled four times this year and use this company every time and the way that they speak to me as a woman I find extremely upsetting. I came home to find my windshield has a huge crack across the whole vehicle that was not at all there three short days ago . The first man tried to tell me how windshields work in the cold . My car has been here for 3 days I have lived in Calgary Alberta my whole life I know how a beeping Windshield Works in the cold. He told me he was going to go get his managers phone number and instead another gentleman comes out and tries to explain to me how Glass Works when it's cold out. They did not stop to see how long my car had been parked here for if they had they would know that it's been between 0° and -10° the last 4 days they also did not bother to say they would check the video of when I drove in which is what they did when they damaged my car a few years back. They interrupted me mansplained down to me while telling me that their company will not do anything to fix this. Lucky for me they've got a few competitors that I can go and give my business as I travel this. Dishonest.....I left my vehicle and paid for full auto detailing on my truck. When I picked up my truck the tonneau cover was completely cracked and broken. It was obvious that someone had been walking on the cover because they probably assumed it would be able to sustain their weight. I called the company when I reached home and discovered the broken tonneau cover and was told that they would pursue legal action if I wrote a review about my experience. Nice! read more

I left my vehicle here and they smashed it over $8000.00 worth of damage. Now I am pretty sure they should pay for my damages. However, they are disputing the amount of damages. The Calgary Police has a police report. They do not say they did not do the damage but it was a new car, no prior damage or accidents. All the damage was from them. It has been 10 months now and I still do not have any payment for my deductible. Yes you say insurance, well this is a third party and I the client does not get her deductible back unless the third party pays me it. That means Park and Jet needs to pay me my deductible. Last I hear Amir, the manager said he was going on vacation and he will think about it. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE AS THIS MAY HAPPEN TO YOU. I understand the accidents happen it was winter but take accountability and pay the deductible and damages. i was not in country and you had my car and your employee damaged it. There is no disputing that. PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK. Oh as you see this is 10 months before I shared my story as I am a kind person who was willing to give them the benefit of time. Maybe it is just taking time but now hearing he said basically said yay no I am going to take vacation. If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid $373.00 for detailing and 4 days parking. My beautiful truck now has a broken vent cover, a broken moulding on the rear view mirror and a hole in the back seat. It is filthy dirty covered in dust when we arrived to pick it up. After their "internal investigation" they have denied responsibility for the damage. Small claims court...here we come. Save your $$ and frustration...park somewhere else! read more

This place is the worst! My vehicle had the catalytic converter stolen from it from the parking lot during our family holiday. The guys who brought it to us were laughing when my husband approached them to ask about the loud noise. They tried to get us to sign a waiver not to talk about the incident. This company needs to get new management and reliable staff. Functioning cameras would also help if they're going to advertise that they have video surveillance. An apology for the incident would have been expected, too. read more

Do not park your car here unless you feel comfortable having some else drive your car, someone who may not know how to operate the heating and cooling system. I left my Nissan there for 5 days in November. When I returned the heat and air system did not work. It had worked perfectly well when dropped off. The repair was $400 for a replacement climate control. The company said they would pay if I could have a Nissan technician state that Park 2 Go had caused the breakage. Since it is impossible to prove the damage happened when parked with them , I was unable to collect. read more

I strongly advise against using Park2Go. During our stay, our van was hit by another vehicle while parked in their lot. When I asked if they had surveillance cameras, they only provided a picture from the entrance which was unnoticeable due to the extent of the damage. In fact, I did not even notice the damage until I had the van washed. Furthermore, they did not investigate the incident any further and simply claimed that it did not happen in their lot. Park2Go fails to disclose to their customers that their parking lot is not monitored. Even though they offer to cover damages, it is difficult to prove the cause of any damage since they do not have any surveillance footage to rely on. read more

Great service gone wrong. I was really happy with the ease of the online booking and the option to have my car detailed while I was away. Upon leaving the airport, I easily texted them at 10:45 PM and I was promptly on the bus and on my way to the Park2Go lot, arriving by 11:00 PM. That is were everything went wrong. They had a Black SUV waiting for me BUT it was not my car. They left me waiting outside for about 5 minutes while they waited for my car to arrive. They then discovered they had no clue where my car or key was, panic ensued. They asked me to wait inside while they tried to locate my car. I listened to them search all of the envelopes, call different people, send people out into the lot looking for my car. At 11:45 PM they finally had me speak to a supervisor over the phone. He apologized asked me if I could possibly give them 10 more minutes to try and locate my key as my car was still at in the detail department. He explained that if they couldn't get my key, someone would take me home and they would deliver my car in the morning. I asked him on what they were going to do in regards to such a huge error and he said 'I'm going to take care of it'. Fast forward 20 minutes, a staff member asked if I had a spare key on me, nope. Did I live close by, nope, 30 minutes away. They offered me 50% off (my total was $230.00) and a $50 gift card. I accepted that was likely the best I would get. At 12:25 they refunded me $23.93 and my car was ready to go at 12:40 AM, almost 2 hours after my original text. I was hoping to hear from the supervisor this morning after I expressed that $24 is not 50% of my total and that was not what was stated. I called the regional manager at 2:00 PM and apologized while stating he was aware of the issue. He felt my compensation was more then enough for for my hour wait. I expressed that this was not what was offered and he said he WhatsApp'd a different offer to his staff. I told him that I was waiting to hear from them before leaving a review and he got very defensive. He expressed that sometimes the detailer doesn't bring cars back on time and that is not their fault. He told me they took a loss at giving me the discount as the airport charges them $10 to pick me up (the receipt states $2.580, not $10). I asked if they would hold the detailer responsible and they said 'No. They are a big company and we don't want to ruin that relationship'. He stated that if I left a review, he would cancel my gift card to use their services again. I told him to keep his gift card so that I could tell you what can happen when you use Park2Go. I am not the first person that this has happened to and I know I won't be the last. I did call the detailer and thank them for their amazing clean. Other then the windows, it was fantastic. I also told him of this issue, if blame is going to be placed on a partner company, it's only fair that they are aware of this poor service. read more

I have been a customer of this company for many years and have had no issues whatsoever with them before. I came back from my vacation this year only to find that my coin holder had been emptied and all the cash (plus some full coffee cards) taken. I went inside to speak with them immediately before I left the parking lot and was told that the manager would contact me. When this will happen I have no idea but am still waiting. I cannot possibly recommend using a company where their employees have sticky fingers and the management obviously has no problem with this. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I have used these guys for number of years without issues until last week. Upon pick up, noticed two long scratches on a door. I am adamant it wasn't there before, and they are adamant it didn't happen while in their care, and so it's a case of he said she said without much I can do. So you have to ask yourself whether you're ok if this happened to you. Consider these options. 1) their competitor is competitively priced, offers different loyalty rewards, is self park, so there's no wage worker handling your car. No one is moving your car up to the front waiting for your return where lots of people are loading and unloading luggage in tight areas brushing against your car. 2) Park2Go may clear the snow off your windshield, I always find they do an ok job but I always have to finish it myself. 3) both options 1 & 2 are outdoors parking so you are exposed to hail storms in summer. You can park at the airport for about $50 more for that peace of mind. I know my scratched door is going to cost more than $50 to fix. Here is all they said "I have looked at the scratch and it doesn't seem like it happened while in our care. But, we can curtailing have it polished for you when you park with us the next time. Please email me when you have plans to park with us again and we can get it looked after." read more

I am really disappointed in Park 2 Go. I had my windshield replaced just before leaving my car at the lot. When I came back from my flight, the windshield was cracked top to bottom. After having a glass shop look at it, they suggested that the rearview mirror had been glued and pushed on so hard that it cracked my brand new windshield. When I called Park2Go to ask about it, the general manager said he had no idea how it could have happened, that they'd never do something like that, and were totally not responsible for any of it. The icing on the cake was how he actually laughed at me, rather than indicating any sort of sympathy, polite manners, or an apology for a bad incident occurring on his property. It's too bad - he could have shown some professionalism, and at least expressed that he was sorry it had happened, but instead he sneered and said "that's why I've got a great big sign out front, not my responsibility. Windshields crack all the time." I won't be back - customer experience is atrocious and manners are even worse. If you like your car, don't leave it here. read more

I left a comment on their Facebook page, telling them how charging $70 dollars to park my car from May 21st till the 25th was preventing me from using their services. They replied by implying I was an idiot and a liar. They said it would cost $45 and that I should pay attention to the accuracy of my post on their page. And that if I don't understand how the pricing works I should call them and they would explain it in terms I could understand. Very efficient, you can order your car up while waiting for your baggage and be driving home in the same amount of time as it takes to walk to the car in the YYC parking lot! I just returned from a trip and used Park 2 Go. I thought I would try something new... I had reservations about leaving my car keys but my fears were totally unfounded. Everything about it was excellent. I booked and reserved my spot online which was easy. The staff were all pleasant and smiling, so nice to see for a change. Check in was literally as easy as handing them my car keys, hopping on the shuttle ( they leave as soon as someone is on, they dont wait to fill up the shuttle). The whole thing from the moment I arrived until I was in the terminal was less than 10 minutes. When I returned, I just called them from my cell at the airport ( you can text too) with my tag number and my car was waiting for me upon arrival back at the lot, again with no waiting for a shuttle. Everything about this was top notch, great prices, hi tech system and most of all smiling happy staff that seemed to genuinely value customers. I will definitely return. I can tell you right now I am not one of those people who usually write a negative review about a company but Park2Go I guess here's my first. I returned and my windshield was smashed not just crack but all over. They checked the pictures and staff agreed that there were no cracks. They gave me a card and said call the guy on the card. I called and spoke to the guy (supervisor-Scott) and he finally agreed to have me take it to garage to obtain the amount and leave his cell number with the company so they could coordinate the payment . I did and the owner looked at windshield saying she had never seen anything like it and said there is no way it was a rock chip. Anyway when I called with the amount and had to leave messages over and over. When I finally got through they told that that Scott was no longer working with the company anymore. They said because I did not have it in writing that they were going to pay then they were NOT paying to fix it. I suggested that they call Scott because Scott would tell them that the company said they would pay for it . The manager said he was not going to do that but they did however offer me a discount next time and ya NOT. I will NEVER use them again. You May have used this company before but it's under new management. Nothing may have not happened yet for you but keep taking it there and eventually will read more

I have used Park2Go a number of times when taking short trips from the Calgary Airport. The deals are good, the service is fast, AND last time I went, they actually had the heat in my car going when I picked it up at 2am! Park2Go has fast become my new favorite airport parking! This is the epitome of the type of service that I value -- it is high touch, fast, convenient and automated in all the right places! My experience started at work, when I was notified through our classifieds of the service, and that Nexen receives a discount from showing our ID badge or business card, so I figured I would give them a whirl. I went online to their website (that was clearly stated on their ad) and I created an online account. I booked a reservation for my next business trip and printed off my receipt with a barcode as requested. When i showed up, it was a valet service, so I handed over my keys, and they gave me a business card with a phone number to call or text, once i landed and got my baggage on my way back. This business card had a unique number that I was to quote, so that they could have my car ready. I text messaged them when I landed, and when i walked out the door, the shuttle was waiting for me. A nice young man took my payment for the two days, and let me know that my receipt will be on dash of my car. He also handed me a card to scan out of the parking lot. When the shuttle dropped me off, my car was waiting for me, with the receipt on the dash as promised. I hopped in, used the card to scan out of the parking lot, and I was on my way home. Unbelievable! No long lineup to pay to get out. No wait for the shuttle to arrive. Two days cost me under $25. Yep. Not kidding. Park2Go has won my business! 11/30 read more

We've probably left our car at Park2Go 10 times since we discovered it in 2010, and it's one of our favorite services anywhere. It's so convenient, efficient and simple that I have to give it 5 stars. However this last experience was not a 5 star experience (July 26-29, 2014, arriving at 11pm). I'd give it more like a 3 except overall we've been SO happy, I just can't do it. We've always had very friendly service, with the exception of our shuttle driver this last time. He was in a huge hurry, whipping the bus around corners (my husband asked him who was chasing him), and he wasn't even a little friendly. He left a woman with a baby at the post at 11pm because the bus was full... Except it wasn't. There was most definitely a seat for her, and even if he felt that that wasn't enough space, I would have happily left my toddler with my husband and waited for the next shuttle so she could have my space. But he had the door shut and was peeling out of the parking spot before I could even register what was happening. I had to hold on to my super tired toddler for dear life or we would both have hit the windshield around a few of the corners. I'd guess it was his last run of the day... He should have just gone home and got a good rest! In addition, we've always had our car with them for about a week. The weekly rate is totally reasonable but $50+ for four days was kind of painful haha. Oh well, with the super efficient door to door service, combined with a toasty warm car ready to go in winter time (or in summer, running and waiting to drive away with your receipt already in the vehicle), it really is worth it. I'd be super hesitant to use/try any similar services, despite this last encounter, because overall, they are fantastic!! read more

I arrived late at night in -40 wind chill. My car was waiting and running, but the heater had not been turned on and the driver's window was 3/4 open. The inside of the wind screen was iced-up s oI had to wait in the cold car for it to clear. When I got to the exit barrier, it would not open. I tried another barrier and the same thing happened. I went to the office to ask for help. We went to the barrier and the parking guy tried my ticket on the scanner. It would not work. Rather than opening it for me, he demanded to know if I had paid my bill. I said yes. He asked me to wait and drove away in my car leaving me standing in the -40 temperature. After about 5 minutes, an eternity when you are standing in -40, he came back and used his pass card to let me out. I emailed Park2Go and explained what happened. The reply was they were very sorry for the inconvenience but the extreme cold temperatures had them 'slammed'. We pay a premium for this service. The least we can expect is for them to provide the service paid for. That means being prepared to offer the service in cold weather when it is most needed. Anyways, how long does it take to turn on a heater and close a window? I was offered a $25.00 credit towards future parking. The $25.00 didn't even reduce the cost to the same level as the competition. I pointed that out in a return email which was ignored. I checked-out the competition and discovered another service for just over 1/2 the price. If it turns-out these guys are incompetent and uncaring as well, I least I will be ripped-off for a lot less money. This review system has a minimum star rating of one star. This is my go-to place to park when I'm flying out of YYC. Just off Barlow Trail, their shuttle service is a quick drive over to departures. When you land, text the number on your voucher, and your car will be ready and waiting! I find their service to be very fast and efficient. It's pretty rare that you're waiting for a shuttle when either departing or arriving. Other added touches like the ability to pay with credit card on the shuttle and booking online make this service very convenient to use. read more

I've used Park2Go a few times before, I like the convenience of having your car ready to go when you come back from a trip (especially in our ridiculous Calgary winters). They have a shuttle going to and from the airport frequently, so you never have to factor in another hour before your departure time. When you return from your trip, give them a quick text and head over to their meeting spot and load up your luggage (or wait a few minutes for the next shuttle). They now have a mobile card swipe system so you can pay right then and there (if you're an AMA member they apply your discount too!), and a short shuttle ride to the parking lot and your car is waiting for you - snow/ice scraped off and all warm and toasty inside. read more

Park2Go is a great service that allows the quickest and friendliest way to park your vehicle during your travels. I have only had the opportunity to use their service during the summer so far, but I'm sure it's even more convenient when it's below 0 outside. The staff are friendly and it is a lot faster than the other services I've tried. Also their shuttles seem to come more frequently and I have never seem them fill up. We dealt with these guys once and found them to be professional and efficient. The price was decent ($12 or so a day) and their shuttles come every few minutes to take you to the airport. The car drop off service and subsequent valet to the terminal was really great. I was indeed delivered to the proper airline door within 9 minutes as promised. The only issue I had was with the driver of the shuttle upon my return to Calgary. It was my daughter's 7th birthday and she was really excited about telling every new person she met. She told the driver that it was her birthday and he ignored her. She told him again a little louder and he continued to ignore. It was a real downer to explain to my daughter on her birthday that he didn't care it was her birthday and was choosing not to respond. I realize this isn't exactly the type of job people get paid millions to do, but they should at least be a LITTLE personable. read more

These guys are so efficient, very timely and friendly service. You park, take your luggage, leave key, you get a tag and you let them know when you'll be back. You get in the bus and go straight to airport... Then... you get back, you text them, and timely show up there to pick you up, because they know when you are back, you get on the bus and back to your car, and that's it, done. Perfect! Called when I got off the plane. Took over 25 min to get our car from the time we arrived to the parking lot. Around an hour from the time the call was placed. Staff was courteous, and the valets were going as fast as they can, but they only had one guy getting cars and one driving him to pick up the next one. Not very impressed. read more

This service is fantastic. I don't know why I've wasted so much money on cab rides to and from the airport when I could park and drive my own car for half the price. Pro-tip: book ahead online. You'll save $10 on the weekly rate (and even more if you're an AMA member). The whole process of retrieving your car is ridiculously easy. All you need to do is text them your reservation number when you arrive at the airport, go catch the shuttle, and your car will be waiting for you to drive it away. Amendment: Park2Go asked me to remove my review in exchange for the below described settlement of a $50 gift card because that was the "best they could do". To comply, I removed my review. It has been 1 month and I have not yet received the agreed upon gift card. As a result, I am re-posting my review so that others are aware that Park2Go follows a business model that best benefits themselves as opposed to their customers. I live in a remote community in Alberta and utilize airport parking services approximately every 3 months. Had they been more dedicated to their customers and willing to apologize and admit some fault, they would have earned my recurring business and the business of my company. I will never again use Park2Go as my airport parking provider unless they are willing to compensate me for their error. *An important to note: since my email arguments (their managers refused to call me to discuss), they have changed their website and email confirmations to contain the correct information (I have screenshot proof of this through a "test" reservation online that I made and then cancelled) But yet, somehow, the incident that I describe below was my fault according to Park2Go management. Park2Go will not compensate their customers for identifying and being a victim to their erroneous information. I created an online reservation that included parking and vehicle detailing. I decided 24+ hours prior to the reservation that I no longer needed the detailing. As per direction on how to change my reservation on my confirmation email, I opened my reservation online, and clicked the "edit reservation" button (screenshot evidence available). From there, I edited and saved my reservation to no longer have detailing as a service I wanted. When I logged back in to my reservation online, it was confirmed that my reservation was only for parking. No detailing services were reserved under the reservation (I also have screenshot proof of this). When I dropped my vehicle off, I confirmed verbally with the attendant that I was only there for two weeks of parking, no detailing. He agreed and looked at my reservation on his computer system. When I picked up my vehicle, I was charged for detailing that had been done. Despite the fact that I had cancelled the detailing +24 hours prior to the reservation starting. I contacted Park2Go and managers Amar Bajwa and George Garcia became involved and they deemed that DESPITE my confirmation email telling me to edit my reservation online and the website allowing me to edit my reservation online, because there is one single, very difficult-to-find place on their website that reads that to cancel or change a detailing reservation, you need to email them, and therefore, they would not honour my change in reservation that I did in their website. I was required to pay in full for the detailing even though it was not on my reservation. I was told that I would be compensated $50 for this trouble. Apparently, following the directions on their website and confirmation email makes this 70% my fault. I do not deny that in one location of their website, it reads that you must email for detailing changes. However, not only did the confirmation email read that you can change the package online, but their website actually allows you to do so. I requested a 50/50 split of the detailing costs as I recognized I did not read one place of information, but Park2Go management insisted that the best they could do was a 30/70 split. I found this extremely frustrating as clearly there is a flaw in their website that enables you to edit detailing packages but they do not in fact honour that. In all, the customer is not always right with Park2Go and I STRONGLY recommend written documentation of all of your discussions with them. I sincerely hope that they correct this flaw in their website and information in their confirmation emails before more customers are in a similar boat to mine. read more

Did not receive the Promise they so proudly post on their website. My vehicle was not running and waiting for me, and nor did they know where it was when I arrived. Finally after a twenty minute wait, it showed up. For some reason they had it in four wheel drive (why, in a flat parking lot, I'm not sure) and the radio was tuned to a different station with the volume cranked. I e-mailed the manager who lied to me as to why it wasn't ready. The next time, i will park somewhere else and start it myself with my remote from the airport. I will NOT ever leave these people with a set of keys for my vehicle. read more

We will never use this service again. We waited over 2 hours for our car. Others had been there 4-6 hrs. No compensation, no nothing. We had used them in the past and loved it. We were there for an hour before we discovered that they hadn't even started our car. It was a complete gong show. Never again. Terrible way to end our vacation. read more

I have seen this company around for a while now, but had never used them until our trip this past week. Sent in a text while waiting for our luggage, caught the shuttle, and arrived to my nice warm vehicle, ready for e drive home. I paid while waiting for the shuttle, and the receipt was on my dashboard, waiting for me when I opened my car door. One more thing, I save 20% using my AMA card. I have used this service multiple time and The overall service provided was great. Drop off was quick and the employees were very friendly. Pick up was also quick. On the last two occasions I have had issues at Payment which I would caution anyone who considers using them. **** - if you get a quote, keep a copy because they overprice upon checkout. My scenario: I pay by debit and have to pay at the shack when leaving. I had a quote for $87.50 for 10 days. Upon checkout he charged me $99.90. I stated that I had a quote and showed him, he told me that they will ALWAYS abide, adjusted the fee and then told me the charge was $93 (ish) dollars. I asked why again it was higher than the quote and he said taxes were not included on the quote. I checked and there is a specific line for taxes and fees. The all inclusive quote was $87.50. Moral of the story, since this happened to me twice always question the price if you are uncertain. read more

Usually when I flew out of YYC, I would take a can, but when the airport authority gave the rights to Associated Cabs I was a little put off by it, plus it was always $40 each way for the ride. Last trip however I tried Park2Go. I selected Park2Fo because they accepted AMA which gave me a nice little discount on a weeks parking. I booked online and I must say the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. The total cost for the week was $68, which my vacation companion and I split. I was cheaper doing it this way that our cabs would have been, plus my vehicle was right there and ready to go. I will always use Park2Go. Great experience and good $$$. read more
