Almost everything! The office people are nice yet maybe tell you things you want to hear. The stairways & hallway are filthy! Inside & outside. Trash is a concern. Hardly even want to go to empty my trash cause the trash bend are awful. It takes along time to get things fixed. The rent goes up yet NO improvements are done. I Love my apt. The layout is great but the window shade are cheap. They fall off when you open them, and that's if you can open them. Some are missing the open/shut lever. I live here now and this really is an awful awful place to live. Nothing is ever fixed the least tell you that your work order is in and when you ask them why they haven't come to your place to fix an issue they say you never asked for a work order. Jacuzzi never works in the 2.5 years I have lived here. The front desk people are condescending and rude also I resllly don't understand how they make the front office so nice but inside all the apartments are broken down. I have two little kids and there bathtub is full of rust and awful odor. Been like this for over two months and no one has Come to fix this after we put in request after request. Honestly if you want something done go to the housing authority this place is ran worse than a motel 6. Not happy and this is a very from the heart honeys review. I really wish there weren't so many issues because I do like my apartment and it's a good size and location for me and my partner, but we have had issue after issue since moving in here. The staff is also very friendly and I do like them, but that's not enough. Move in day our apartment was dirty with stuff all over the floor, the vents weren't cleaned, and our toilet was leaking. We were told to move our stuff in and they would send someone in on another day to clean it which kind of defeats the purpose when the floors were one of our main concerns. The washer and dryer were also not hooked up properly. The first time we used our washer it completely flooded our entire laundry room into the kitchen. Maintenance came to make sure they were both hooked up but then was going to leave without cleaning up the water or offering us anything to mop it up with ourselves. We had all 9 of our towels already on the floor completely soaked through. He ended up giving us a mop to do it ourselves. The washer and dryer are also SO LOUD. It sounds like a train is going through our apartment. You can't even watch TV in the living room while you run them because you can't hear it. The dryer also takes two 75 minute cycles to actually dry a load of laundry so that's a ton of money wasted. We put in a maintenance request and they came while we were at work and left a note saying it was worked on but nothing changed at all. So now I feel the need to make sure to only put requests in when I'm home so I can actually know what's happening. When it finally got cold we went to turn the heat on and that wasn't working. And then when they were fixing it, it caused a leak in the bathroom. When they came a few days later to fix the leak, something happened that caused a ton of water to flow out and created a giant puddle on the floor. They, again, left without mopping the water up and didn't even tell me it was there. I found out an hour later when I went to use the bathroom. Our fireplace also is not working and we were told someone would come back to fix it within a few days and it's now been a few weeks and it still doesn't work. Our fridge and freezer just stopped pushing out cold air last night too so I woke up to everything warm and going bad. I was told someone should hopefully come by before the end of the business day. The shower for some reason can only be cold or scalding hot? If you turn it on hot, you can't adjust it colder and if you turn it on cold, you can't adjust it to be hotter. Our packages that are left by the door are constantly being opened and having stuff stolen from them before we get home. We were told to get a camera for the door and that there's nothing they can do and no reporting system. There's also no recycling here? Which just seems ridiculous in 2021. The package they make you purchase for cable/WiFi is good connection, but the reason the make you use it is because of their smart home system. The smart home system and app hasn't worked since the first week we moved in. We've contacted the smart home contact multiple times to try to help but it just stops working again constantly. So we can't actually use the app to control lights / heat and ac / the door so really we are paying more than we would have if we provided our own internet. We are down the street from the fire department so there are sirens right outside the window all day and night. I know most of this isn't the staff's fault so I don't put this on them but we have just had issue after issue due to crappy old appliances and a lack of upgrades in this place. If the second half of our lease gets any better I'll update my review but at this rate I don't really think we will be renewing when the time comes. read more

My garage was hit by a tenant who was uninsured and totaled my mint convertible 128i red BMW with ultra low milage. They tried to get my catalytic converter. Stole my license plate. Broke my rear window and stole my tools. There is absolutely NO PARKING!!!!They let tenants have up to 10 cars most with expired license plates. I have asked them to enforce this crap and THEY DO NOTHING!!!!!! I have 1 car. I can't park at my building after 5 pm. THIEVES ARE WELCOME! THIS IS YOUR PLACE TO STEAL! I asked them to call me today and they never did. I asked Shaundra to call me. I asked Melissa to do something about it to no avail. They also raise your rent up to %20 without notice EVERY YEAR. Melissa the office manager is a cry baby and won't talk to people when they have problems. Only when she feels like it. This is your job to deal with this stuff. The pool has been closed the entire time I've lived here and our apartment has been nothing but issues since we moved in. It's physically a very nice place, but management does NOTHING. The pool is infested with kids who -according to the lease- aren't even allowed to be there at least not without parents. Every time I've been to the pool area it's either closed, or littered with trash and Childrens shoes, clothes, underwear, bottles, or whatever else. There are kids who light fireworks off the balcony and the parents are nowhere to be found. We moved into our apartment and Charlie (maintenance) even admitted he didn't do a move in inspection. They made us pay for our rent and deposit before we could see the place and when we went inside it was a FUCKING MESS! Melissa wouldn't come out of her office to talk to us and they barely wanted to do anything to make it right. "Luxury living" is a HUGE LIE. I was in the gym trying to workout and 5-6 kids who were like 7-12 years old came running through disrupting my workout. This is literally a danger, what if a weight falls and smushes one of them? Where are the parents? I refuse to be held liable for this kind of issue. Shandra (office) and Donovan (maintenance) are the only 2 people employed by this company who are even worth their time and i guarantee neither of them are paid enough. I should've listened to the reviews before and you should listen to mine now. I reserved my apartment 3 months in advance. When move in day came they did not have keys ready, and the unit was not ready. I paid over 2k to have to clean the unit myself. It was gross and unsafe for children. Also unsafe for children are the exposed wires in my child's bedroom. And the broken stairs leading up to the building. The lease claims on site snow removal, but really they just plow all of the snow in front of your vehicle. This caused me to be trapped at home and miss work on more than one occasion. They claim this has "been resolved" but really snow season just ended, you can expect the same issue next year. They took 4 months to provide me a mail key causing all sorts of items to go into collections and negatively impact my credit. They falsely advertise that the pool is open all year, but its been black since I moved in. This company is owned by Wasatch Group and all they care about is money. I am being held hostage in a lease in a lease I was misled to sign in the first place. These are slumlords in white hats. Don't bother going to corporate, they are of no help. They stand by and allow the property to be run this way and allow residents to be continually talked down to. I offered to provide them with a 2 month notice if they would waive the lease break fee but was denied by corporate despite an admission of wrongdoing. So far so good. Been here a little over a month Courtney was really helpful and knowledgeable with showings move in and paperwork. Clean grounds, friendly staff and neighbors, apartment had a weird chemical/cleaner smell at move in but it seems to be gone. The only downside is the paid parking. $4 a month isn't bad, but annoying nonetheless. It would make more sense to just pay for guests or additional vehicles... I lived for about 7 years in the same building, 3 years on the second floor and 4 years on the first floor. I had the opportunity to buy a house and I continued paying the rent in the apartment even though I was no longer living there and they charged me for the water bill as if I were still using the service, that is, the same as the previous months when I lived there. And I also had to pay for the internet because it is mandatory in the contract. I notified the apartment office 3 months in advance that I would move when my contract ended. My contract ended on the 8th and then they charged me for those 8 days $1,217 plus $275 of the deposit that they told me that they were not going to return a total of $1,492 because there was a little piece of vinyl that was missing on the floor and that they had to replace it for $504 dollars. It could not be intact because I lived there for many years and I never missed my monthly payment and they charged me for garbage that I had supposedly left and they also charged me $504 dollars for improper notice ‍ now I had to contact a lawyer who is telling me that they had to go with me to check the apartment when I handed over the keys and he is going to ask for photos of what we left wrong in the apartment and he will take care of contacting them to see what is fair because I have photos as proof of the 5 times the pipes in the ceiling were broken in different parts of the apartment which is not safe for your family to be living like this but I had no place to go but now I leave everything in the hands of a lawyer who has more knowledge of your rights. If you have the opportunity to rent in another place do it. read more

3 stars only for the staff who works ans answer fasts, comes repair dishwasher or others. Otherwise Parking lots is dirty and you can be sure to get scratch, paint or big bump from doors opening every week. Not enough closed parking for everyone. I don't even think it's from the peoples living here but mostly from kids running around at night. Hopefully some peoples put camera on their balcony to help protect parking lots security. Hallway dirty, i use to clean by myself or it will infest by spiders or even birds. I don't mind the birds putting their nest everywhere because they're is not enough trees around. So I get them. About the pool, yes it's nice but everyone invit 10 peoples on summer time so it's way to crowdy and kids are yelling all day. No quiet hours which suck for people who want to relax too. This place is really great! Friendly and helpful staff. Online profiles so we can pay/request maintenance online. Amenities are usually well kept and available. My only pet peeve here is the other dog owners here. When I walk my dog, I've noticed that I'm usually trying to dodge other dog's poop, and when I pick up my dogs' poop, I try to pick up other left behind poop with it. This is by far the worst and most shady apartment complex I have ever lived. I was harassed for over a year by my above neighbors, the noise was so bad and harassing that my vent from the ceiling unscrewed and because management was doing nothing about it the police actually wrote a citation. The apartment itself was horrible, multiple plumbing problems including the refrigerator and toilet leaking, one weekend I was out of town and my entire apartment was flooded after numerous maintenance orders to fix. My carpeting was soaked and worn down from the sitting water. I was told by management I wouldn't be responsible for damages from the flooding and surprise upon move out I'm being charged for new carpet! I wrote a written response asking for corporate management to contact me as the move out letter stated for disputes and have been ignored from Shandra even though she said she'd get back to me on the dispute, after numerous follow ups with no response and no number to a manager I was sent to collections! Shandra is a dirty leasing agent, beware living here they are a trash shady community. read more

I currently live here but sadly so many things going on that are not up to par. For example the dumpster is full from Friday - Tuesday evening leaving you paying 100 a month for trash and you can not even dump the garbage 4 out of 7 days a week. OH and dont forget they will fine you if you set your trash in the hall so you have to stack up trash in your apartment. They will say its not our fault its on a schedule but this problem only started with the new owners and the change to a new trash company. They will randomly come by and mark your car to get towed but not all cars just some, so better hope your lucky. Why tow and not use boot ? The tow company they use will damage your car if it gets towed have watched them tow out trucks by only one wheel, damage front bumpers, etc. with no care for your car they just want the money for the tow and the management does not care in the slightest. read more

Avoid moving to there apartments at all costs!!! They are super shiesty and their #1 goal is to profit off and take advantage of residents. I am currently moving out because they are forcing all residents to purchase a cable, internet, and smart home security bundle. They also have policy's that are designed to make it hard to move out with 60 day vacation notices required to move out even if your lease is up. Plus they require a new forwarding address at the time you submit your notice of vacation. And they month to month rate they charge is around double whatever your paying for rent. read more

The WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I have ever lived in. Just a few of the awful things to expect living here: OFFICE: A resident can call for another residents car to be towed if they would like the spot that you're parked in, even if you pay for a permit to park there, and the office will say it's your fault! Also, Jamie the manager said that no one else in the office except for her has authority, and therefore you can not trust anything you are told by anyone other than her. But heads-up, Jamie's word is worthless anyways. CONDITION OF APARTMENTS: They look fine on the surface, but it's all cheap and poor quality. You can hear every move your neighbors make and the faucets are crusted with rust. The materials used in the apartment break down if you're here for more than a year, and it is impossible to get anyone in to replace what has deteriorated. Rent is WAY to expensive for what you're actually getting. Yes there is a kids playground! Oh, but it's surrounded by a swamp that smells like wastewater and the play structure has had a giant penis spray painted on it for over a year. MAINTENANCE: For all maintenance related problems, don't expect help right away, or at all! Maintenance will say they are coming and then never show up, causing you to wait all day for no results. And don't even think about giving them permission to enter so that they can come in when your not home, because if you do, they'll lose your key! Also... Maintenance will take your cabinet door to repair it, and then throw it away and not replace it for 7 months and only after 10+ phone calls asking about the whereabouts of the replacement. Raging drunks will come into your apartment building and leave holes in the hallway walls, prompting calls to police, and maintenance will never fix the walls. *Also, that security monitoring that they say they have is bullshit, if the security car is ever here, its parked in the front with the driver playing on their phone.* Maintenance will cut out a portion of your ceiling and not fix it (it has been 5 months with the hole in the ceiling and still no fix offered). PARKING LOT: Never plowed well. Once, all the snow was plowed in front of my car, making it impossible to leave! POOL: Literally never clean, and the hot tub is always broken. So come to Indigo Creek if you like to pay too much for poor living conditions, if you like to have your car towed by other residents who want the spot, and a kids park surrounded by wastewater, this is your new home! Have had horrible communication with the apartments. Sometimes they do not even return our messages after days and we just end up physically going into the apartment office. They seem to be disorganized, losing papers in our file and making us sign the same document multiple times. They made our move in fairly stressful as well. However the maintenance here seems to be on it when you put requests in through the app. They fix things in a very timely manner. We just moved here and are afraid we are off to quite a rocky start. read more

We've lived at Indigo Creek for about 2.5 years and have enjoyed it for the most part. The apartments are beautiful and spacious and maintenance is quick to respond to any requests or repairs. The only reason we're moving out at the end of our current lease is because we need a bigger place. The people in the office are all very friendly and helpful as well. The reasons I bumped down from 5 stars: 1. There are always SO many kids at the pool, while I understand this isn't the fault of the complex it makes the pool unenjoyable to an adult who just wants to relax there with a book. So don't expect to enjoy the pool if you're looking for quiet. 2. The stairs are COVERED in bird poop, they have never been cleaned and are nasty. I have to step around bird poop everyday. Maintenance should really take care of that. 3. Walls are really thin. I constantly hear dogs barking and babies crying and horns being honked. I know this isn't totally Indigo Creek's fault, but if the walls were thicker it would probably help. read more

I tried to move into this apartment complex at the end of May. I paid $300 plus $100 for the processing and application fees. I was not denied, my boyfriend was denied because of credit. I was told I would get $300 back the whole amount. And I called in the middle of June and the lady on the phone I think her name was Becky, told me I would receive it in the mail in a few days. Here it is the middle of July and I just got off the phone with another lady in the office today. And all of a sudden I'm only getting $200 back. It seems that at this apartment complex not only do they collect the rent and other fees, but will also tow your car whenever they're not supposed to. And they also keep people's money when they try to get into the place. Not a very good apartment complex. If they do these kind of things and you dont even live there imagine the kind of things they do when you do live there. I wrote a review on Google Maps about these apartments and got a robot response. Of course it wouldn't be a real person. I have lived here over three years and have had countless interactions with office and maintenance. The buildings are getting older around here which is no discredit to the staff. The fact is that it requires even more out of them and thru my experience they continue meet the challenge and continue to produce successful outcomes. My apt has had a few problems based on normal wear and tear with my water heater finally failing yesterday. I made a call to the office and within 15 mins I had a knock on my door. Within the hour they had identified I would need a complete new water heater and mind u I had not placed original call until 4pm so at this point it was already 5pm. The two gentlemen whom I wish I had names for were not gonna let me go without hot water for any time period so they pushed thru till around 7 and got a new one hooked up. God bless these fellas. My husband and I have live at Indigo Creek for about 4 months now. It has been a great place to live so far. The front office staff are very helpful & friendly. The neighborhood is very quiet & peaceful & the apartments are roomy & fit our needs as a newly married couple. The only complaint that we have about Indigo Creek is that there are no assigned parking spaces for each apartment. We have come home at night & had to park all the way at the front office & walk to our apartment building. But other than that, we love living at Indigo Creek. read more

Rent is hard to pay online, on time. The portal they use for processing payments constantly malfunctions. So it's up to you to frequently check it to make a payment on time. If its not within 72 hours of the due date you're slapped with over $90 dollars of "fees" and an $85 dollar late charge. All due to poor website programming. And if they would work with you on reversing fees... well then it wouldn't matter, but they take no responsibility for the website that is through another 3rd party. That is just my frustration with making a payment... The people with dogs never clean up after them. The people who smoke weed and cigarettes have zero regard or respect for their neighbors, and the complex will do NOTHING about it. read more

We're constantly getting text messages saying to come work for them, that they have openings. Recent change(s) to leasing staff have been to much friendlier, more outgoing agents. Pet peeves- common areas, pothole(s) in parking lot. Overflowing trash always by mailboxes. Concrete and siding on stairs and hallways needs to be cleaned from spills and bird poop. The condition of Welby Road-Management- call the city, the road needs replacement, or at least holes filled for now, it's a jolting ride into the complex. Indigo creek has the laziest employees. They wait until the last possible minute to look into their future residents files. I am completely appalled by the way they handle things. I had all of the paperwork and money turned in so that I could move in on Saturday January 7th, 2017. I paid them $175 for the admissions fee and $2,342 for the deposit. The day before I was supposed to move in they told me that I could NO longer move in unless I had a consigner that makes $8,000 a month. Six times rent. They are absolutely ridiculous. read more

We have lived at Indigo Creek for about 5 years. Floor plans are spacious and have attached garages which I love!! Office staff is friendly especially Tessa and Mishera. Maintenance always available and is fast to fix things, especially Will he's always friendly and doesn't have the attitude that it's an inconvenience to fix things like the other maintenance guy. I enjoy living here haven't ran into any big problems or issues, other than the occasional noises that come with living in an apartment. I would recommend this complex to friends and family. It's kinda pricey but you get what you pay for if want to live in a decent community. read more
