The gentleman who has been the most helpful throughout this whole ordeal after the last change of management, Marcus, definitely has been a godsend from the current management staff. It is my understanding he will be transitioning into the management position soon. And it's a disappointment after giving notice as well due to the constant increase of rent, but of course our paychecks not meeting up with the cost of living, which includes rent here (and it doesn't help I'm a full time student). I definitely want to wish him and his soon to be staff best of luck on his endeavors with this property. I know he has some work ahead of him. By all means, this property is not bad. We never had any issues at all when we moved in during the pandemic until the current management staff came in. Unfortunately, there was only one maintenance personnel left and they are literally pushing him to the breaking point, which is inhumane for this type of complex as well. He has 0 help at all, when I leave for work in the morning, he's ruining around trying to get things done as much as possible. He's human. One person can do so much. And yet, this current manager lady (not the one who will be taking over) has refused to hire anyone to help him. And to me it's mind boggling. And this is how people get burn out. I work a the healthcare industry, and we have seen our fair share of burn outs. I'm surprised he hasn't quit yet. And it's understandable to, it's to expensive to do so, and therefore, Duane, the manager here, has gotten him by the toe. The only reason I have gave this complex a five star review again, is how amazing, professional, and how Marcus took charge when nobody else did of situations here. I believe everyone should be allowed a second chance, absolutely. And financially speaking, if that time comes again, I would come back here once we are able to get caught up with our finances as well when I do my time on campus, which is out of state. I would love to help Marcus out in anyway possible, if there is a way to repay him for his kind being that he has shown this community since he has arrived. He is the type of person that we had in the past and this is the type of person that this community will need going forward. A strong, kind, be there manager for this property.     The apartments look nice, but after that. Everything goes downhill. Would give no stars if I could…read more Maybe half a star only bc the apartments look nice (on the outside). The management in the office are nice when they want to me. Most of the time, they completely disregard any concerns, or complaints that they have. The apartment complex when I moved in (from Florida, DEC 2017) to this day has not given me a tour of the apartment complex. It was just here's your key, have a nice day. From there here's been my experience: The parking is horrendous. So bad in fact that the fire lanes have been made into parking spots, and good luck finding any parking not on the other side of the apartment complex (if that). The apartment itself needs a repair almost every week. To the point where I no longer ask every time I need one, I just let a list build so they can take care of everything at once. I have had door frames fall out of the wall onto me or people who are visiting (with nails hanging out), sliding doors are coming off the tracts and falling down randomly. The kitchen sink clogs almost on cue once a week, and all the outlets work when they want to. The windows and doors keep nothing inside/outside. The rooms are as cold or hot as it is outside, regardless of what A/C is set on. So prepare to pay more on energy monthly. I could go on forever, but I wont. This is the first time I've ever had to rent a place sight unseen. After this I will NEVER do it again. Worst living experience of my life. Would recommend you made one extra click if you think this is the place. Good luck apartment hunting.

Nothing is ever fixed the least…read moretell you that your work order is in and when you ask them why they haven't come to your place to fix an issue they say you never asked for a work order. Jacuzzi never works in the 2.5 years I have lived here. The front desk people are condescending and rude also I resllly don't understand how they make the front office so nice but inside all the apartments are broken down. I have two little kids and there bathtub is full of rust and awful odor. Been like this for over two months and no one has Come to fix this after we put in request after request. Honestly if you want something done go to the housing authority this place is ran worse than a motel 6. Not happy and this is a very from the heart honeys review. Haven't mentioned the multiple cars that were stolen from here or the fact the police are here every other night dealing with criminal activity.

The staff is also very friendly and I do like them, but that's not enough. Move in day our apartment was dirty with stuff all over the floor, the vents weren't cleaned, and our toilet was leaking. We were told to move our stuff in and they would send someone in on another day to clean it which kind of defeats the purpose when the floors were one of our main concerns. The washer and dryer were also not hooked up properly. The first time we used our washer it completely flooded our entire laundry room into the kitchen. Maintenance came to make sure they were both hooked up but then was going to leave without cleaning up the water or offering us anything to mop it up with ourselves. We had all 9 of our towels already on the floor completely soaked through. He ended up giving us a mop to do it ourselves. The washer and dryer are also SO LOUD. It sounds like a train is going through our apartment. You can't even watch TV in the living room while you run them because you can't hear it. The dryer also takes two 75 minute cycles to actually dry a load of laundry so that's a ton of money wasted. We put in a maintenance request and they came while we were at work and left a note saying it was worked on but nothing changed at all. So now I feel the need to make sure to only put requests in when I'm home so I can actually know what's happening. When it finally got cold we went to turn the heat on and that wasn't working. And then when they were fixing it, it caused a leak in the bathroom. When they came a few days later to fix the leak, something happened that caused a ton of water to flow out and created a giant puddle on the floor. They, again, left without mopping the water up and didn't even tell me it was there. I found out an hour later when I went to use the bathroom. Our fireplace also is not working and we were told someone would come back to fix it within a few days and it's now been a few weeks and it still doesn't work. Our fridge and freezer just stopped pushing out cold air last night too so I woke up to everything warm and going bad. I was told someone should hopefully come by before the end of the business day. The shower for some reason can only be cold or scalding hot? If you turn it on hot, you can't adjust it colder and if you turn it on cold, you can't adjust it to be hotter. Our packages that are left by the door are constantly being opened and having stuff stolen from them before we get home. We were told to get a camera for the door and that there's nothing they can do and no reporting system. There's also no recycling here? Which just seems ridiculous in 2021. The package they make you purchase for cable/WiFi is good connection, but the reason the make you use it is because of their smart home system. The smart home system and app hasn't worked since the first week we moved in. We've contacted the smart home contact multiple times to try to help but it just stops working again constantly. So we can't actually use the app to control lights / heat and ac / the door so really we are paying more than we would have if we provided our own internet. We are down the street from the fire department so there are sirens right outside the window all day and night. I know most of this isn't the staff's fault so I don't put this on them but we have just had issue after issue due to crappy old appliances and a lack of upgrades in this place. If the second half of our lease gets any better I'll update my review but at this rate I don't really think we will be renewing when the time comes.

    Updating review - front office is nice to work with, always receptive. I think maintenance does…read moretheir best, but a lot of the appliances and apartment is outdated. Mgmt did update plumbing via a 6 month project. They also added a recycling bin to the property. They are also trying to do more activities for the community (thank you Courtney) which has been nice to see. My rating shifted because I wanted to make some points. I love the open parking, though people park in the same places and it gets weird if you take their spot sometimes... also I had many issues with my heating/air conditioner/ fan in the unit 2/3rds is resolved (AC still an issue, even though the unit is new now it doesn't work when the sun is out or if it's warm... the older unit worked better in my experience). Also, valet trash service here is ok, but in the last few months they've come at random times outside of the 7-9p timeframe they give, or sometimes not at all to grab trash. I think the program itself is optional but honestly it makes sense to use it because the garbage bin is remote on the property as well. I think a huge improvement would be an expansion to the recycling program. The recycle bin as it stands is almost always overflowing. People in CO definitely want to recycle if they can, and I know monitoring a program like that is a lot but it's worth it for the environment. If there were two bins, for the East and the West side of the property with 2 weekly pickup dates that would be phenomenal. I think more people would recycle here if that were the case. Overall I'm still happy to be here, I don't need a fancy place and the amenities I have here, when in working order, are great. Courtney, Andres, and Cortana are great to work with. Rogelio, Dillion, and Benny are great and attentive to work orders, they do great work and always do their best. The community manager Rachel is nice to work with as well. The gym is great especially with the new Entry system. The grounds are nice and I hope they remain that way.
