I went in with my 101 year old mother to verify that her living trust was current and up to date. During a meeting mother made an unsolicited comment about making some changes to her trust. That comment was resolved, and I informed Helix that my mother and I were leaving town for a couple of weeks. Before we returned, someone from Helix called my mother house to remind us about our appointment. Since we not home, I feel they should have just stopped the conversation because we were not home. However, it seems that some type of conversation was conducted. This conversation I suspect was from someone who on any other occasion would brag about how sharp my mother's memory is. So, from this conversation, Helix said they were not going to represent us with my mother's trust and that they were going to terminate the contract. We accepted their decision. So as I stated earlier, working with Nick was outstanding. It's just that a conversation about my and my mother's business affair should not have been discussed with someone other then ourselves.

We were flexible so we said ok but the cleaners showed up at 9am the next morning. A man and a woman arrived with supplies and asked what I needed. I specifically said that I wanted the windows and window tracks cleaned because we just had construction done when I submitted my initial request with Dusty's online but this information wasn't relayed to the cleaners so I mentioned it again. The man cleaned the downstairs bathroom then had to go to the store for the woman. He was gone for about 45 minutes. After about two hours they started packing up. Since I was told it was a three hour minimum at $75/hour, I asked them to clean a few more areas. I felt like I had to micromanage and wondered what would have been left undone if I wasn't home to give direction. They did a good job but some things were done quickly. For example, the appliances on the kitchen counter weren't moved to be cleaned under or around. My daughter's room wasn't vacuumed, and some of the windows were left uncleaned. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I'll go with a personal referral in the future.
