I've been working on repairing my website for several months, and here's an important update. Catch charged me for a completely new website, but after reviewing the site with my new developer, we uncovered numerous discrepancies. First, there was no SEO work done, not even on basic elements like images and blog posts. They also input the prices incorrectly in the shop, making it impossible to process sales. Although the correct prices appeared in WooCommerce, the website displayed the wrong amounts. On top of that, the shipping setup was a disaster--no product weights were uploaded, and customers would receive messages saying "no shipping available" even for US addresses. The more we dig the more errors we find and I have two well knowledgeable developers working on this site one of them is a programer and profesor that has been working on this for months to correct it and fix the never-ending issues that this website has. The connection to social media was also wrong, and when they placed my site on WP Engine, it would crash every time we tried to move it back to our server. When we asked them to move it back, they wanted more money, but the real issue was that the site wasn't structured properly, making it impossible to move. We're now rebuilding the entire website from scratch because there were just too many errors to fix. Additionally, the testimonials section on the website didn't work at all, and they failed to connect Mailchimp for email marketing, leaving that crucial aspect of our business non-functional as well. To make matters worse, we hired them to build a new membership site, and instead of creating something new, they simply transferred the old setup to a new template and claimed it was "new." In reality, nothing worked. All they did was change the look while keeping everything else the same. I lost $15,000 and 10 months waiting for them to do their job. This company is a complete ripoff and a scam. DO NOT hire them. They don't know what they're doing. They simply change templates, make you sign contracts that release them from liability, and then have their clients act like lawyers to intimidate you. They know nothing about SEO or web development. In fact, they outsourced the work to someone in Guatemala who just swapped templates. I've lost thousands of dollars and over 700 members because of their neglect and terrible programming. read more

UPDATE: Be very careful if you consider using this company for your marketing needs! They stole my identity without my permission, which is illegal, and even had a stranger called me today to threaten me about a lawsuit. iCatch is a small company that doesn't know how to do proper marketing. After I paid them, all they did for my business was set up a Yelp Ads account and nothing else. I had to create all the projects myself because I waited for two weeks, and all they had done was add a few low-quality pictures and list services my business doesn't even offer. It looked very unprofessional, almost like a kindergarten-level project. The main reason I decided to cancel my service with them was that they were dishonest. Yelp provided my business with $300 toward advertising, but iCatch kept the money without applied it toward my advertising and never even informing me about it. I was realized that this company is not trustworthy, and I didn't feel safe doing business with them anymore. On top of that, they didn't do any work besides signing me up for a Yelp Advertising account and producing a draft that looked like a five-year-old had worked on it. I was shock when I first saw the draft of the project they did but I didn't wanna say anything. When I canceled the service, they immediately turned off my Yelp advertising, which we had agreed upon. However, they then tried to make more money by asking me to pay for another full month of Yelp advertising, even though they had already turned off the ads. My business wasn't running any advertising on Yelp during that month because iCatch had deactivated it already, yet they still demanded I pay for the full month and planned to keep the money instead of passing it to Yelp, which feels like fraud and disgusting for the way they tried to make money from people in the tricky way. I m sure that I did not owed any days of unpaid advertising cuz I have proof of when my Yelp advertising started and when it stopped. I have already paid for all the days my business was advertised on Yelp, plus the setup fee and iCatch's fees. It's unfair that iCatch tried to make money from me by charging for an entire month when my business wasn't being advertised.
