I appreciate that they have a classics section on the first floor to easily look for the most popular books, and I found one book to buy. I love that they are truly dedicated to used and rare books. There's so much to discover here. They also have some postcards and vintage valentine cards at the front, which I looked through and found one I liked. These bookstores are all owned by Heather Reisman. This is the reason why in Canada it is so essential to support independently owned bookstores. We cannot allow a monopoly on the sales of books to come into being. Located close to the University of Windsor, close to the Ambassador Bridge lies the bookroom. This bookstore features many different books, with a helpful staff who are willing to help if possible. They are more than willing to order in rare books for you, and often when digging through the books you find things which you did not expect to find. For instance I think I saw a book by Kilgore Trout there. Regardless, the atmosphere is good, they have a good selection, and they really work hard to keep a good stock of books in.
