Reading these other reviews you can tell this Regus company is not worth any of your time and I hope you avoid this company !!! Still stuck with no responses and a monthly charges that have just been accruing even though I've not used their services in over a year.

I love that this is kind of a hidden gem. It's listed as one of the points of interest in a…read moreWaterfront tourist map, so when we walked by it, I figured we might as well check it out. It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon (funny how 50 degrees with sun constitutes a "beautiful" day in Boston) and there were plenty of tourists parading around, but I supposed the locked doors to the building deterred them from getting up to the 14th floor observation deck. Not me though! The sign said it was open to the public from 10a - 5p, so I tried a bunch of different doors -- all were locked, so I pushed the intercom button and the security guy buzzed me in (he was watching me try all the doors the whole time). I told him we wanted to go to the 14th floor observation deck, and he just replied "ID?" After recording some information off our IDs, he led us to the elevator and used a key to let us up to the 14th floor. The observation deck itself is quite unimpressive, but the view was nice. It's either very well-kept, or there just aren't that many people that come by here. The deck features a single bench and some binoculars (no quarters needed!). There is even a tiny observation room if it gets too cold or windy up there. Overall, nice pit stop if you're in the area.

Unfortunately, if you want to use it one day at a time, they gouge you big time (over 100/day I believe). Come on guys, for a new space you're trying to ramp up, and with all the other local options, I'm thinking you might offer daily shared space at $25-30/day for starters? Anyway, the offices are cool & modern, and I would definately consider those if I would use it often.
