I worked for them for roughly 3 years it was amazing at 1st then when covid hit it caused mass…read morepanic, hired a crew of untrained workers then put them all on me for my 1st job as a super with no assistant super and 9 apartment units open at all times being fully remodeled plus CRG their partner company sent 2 new supers that had no idea what was going on so the job was a chaotic mess and of course I got used as a scapegoat which crushed me then after being cussed out, demoralized and told I was fired they expected me to come back Monday to continue and I did not. On top of this i was only home 1-2 weekends a month, worked from 7am-midnight on another job for months due to them hiring flooring guys to do quartz work so hundreds upon hundreds of new construction apartment condos had to have all the quartz completely redone. The checks were good only because the amount I worked not the pay, it was only like $19/hr if they've changed their ways I'd say it's an awesome place but if they're still who they were when I was fired don't go as far as the contractors not being paid I don't believe that I handled payments all the time and I never seen an issue now I have seen crappy work not be paid till it was fixed and we clearly only have one side
