I needed to find a new vape store in town after the employees at The Choice Vapes decided to act…read morelike jerks to me. This vape shop had high stars so I decided to check it out. I was impressed. All of the time I have gone to The Choice nobody told me about needing to replace coils, not even when I bought my very box vape from them. This place, on the other hand, I told them about the problem I had been having with my vape oil tasting harsh & horrible & he knew right away that I needed a new coil. I was having the same problem with my OLD box vape & instead of telling me that I needed a new coil they just said maybe my oil was too high of a dose at 6 mg. I ended up buying two Vapes from The Choice & I wish I could get my money back. They would prime the coil & put too much oil, so when I would use it, it would end up popping hot oil into my mouth, burning me several times. This is because the employees don't bother to take the time to be careful while doing the priming, and put too much. I never would have known this had I not gone to Twin City Vapes. I think I will be giving my money to these guys from now on and I suggest you do too. They have good products & lots of great flavors. Plus they have polite employees who take the time to help you out rather than make you feel like a bother like some places do.

I have only been to this store a handful of times, but out of those handful of times I have been…read morelied to most of them. I've been sold products under false pretenses, only to be told I shouldn't have listened to the employee. I've been ripped off and sold half of a product and charged full price (this issue never was rectified). To the most recent issue where I was told be an evening time employee that they sold single coils, only to be told this morning that I was never told that and that my business didn't matter. I literally only go here when my preferred vape shop is closed, sucks that there isn't a better alternative close by. The lack of accountability is astounding.
