Horrible experience. We had a confirmed booking with IndyBooth for our wedding, a signed contract, and the service was fully paid for in advance. We had productive communication with them for months leading up to the event. However, on the wedding day, they did not show up and stopped responding entirely. He was very communicative throughout the reservation process and even allowed us to provide a custom template for our photobooth photos! All of our wedding guests thoroughly enjoyed taking photos throughout the night especially with all the fun props that he provided. We booked Indybooth for our wedding earlier this month in Anaheim, and all of the pictures turned out great! I was first drawn to Indybooth for their aesthetic - I needed crisp and clear photos with good lighting, but I also needed a layout and design that was aesthetically pleasing. Indybooth checked off all of those things, with reasonable pricing, along with Paul being helpful and responsive on top of it all so it was a no-brainer! Indybooth has so many different layouts to offer, as well as a multitude print backgrounds, in addition to actual picture backdrops, and then the actual text which you can customize as well. It's a lot! But when you're someone who's super into graphic design and you basically DIY all the signage and paper goods for your own wedding ... this stuff starts to matter! Anywho, super glad we went with Indybooth and Paul who was also incredibly flexible with adding in idle time to fit our cocktail and reception schedule better. While we didn't need to use any of his backdrops, there are plenty of nice ones to pick from, including a hedge wall and a wooden wall. We received our photos for download the Wednesday after our wedding, both in layout form, as well as individual photo form. Overall, great experience. Our guests really enjoyed it, and we'd highly recommend Indybooth! -- side note: I think the only recommendation I'd have in the future is for use of a "vacation response" email if/when away from work, just to eliminate any concern :) read more

I booked indybooth for my daughter's wedding. When we booked so far so good, nice conversation over the phone and everything. I paid for the premium package and all of our photos came out of focus. I contacted them after the wedding and never heard back from them. It's sad because they were highly recommend by another friend, that's why I booked them. My husband and I loved working with Indy Photobooth. Paul made the process really easy to select templates, backgrounds and make payments. We like Indy photobooth over the other companies because of their San Diego inspired templates, modern to choose from backgrounds and actual props (no paper props). The photobooth constantly had a line of guest because it was so popular. The guys working the photobooth did a great job giving guest direction on where to stand and would re-do the picture if it didn't turn out well. We loved that they printed on the spot, the guest could email a copy to themselves and we got all the digital versions of the pictures shortly after the wedding. I would highly reccomend indybooth ! Paul was an awesome vendor to work with. He stayed in communication with me the whole time of planning to make sure i would get what i needed with his service. He has personal photo strips(2x6) and photo cards (4x6) to choose from with a personal message on the bottom. He had great options to choose from for back drops and for decor on the photo strips. They also had many props available and they were original and unique instead of the plain old stuff you find at party city. All of my guests had an absolute blast with the service and everyone was able to get a photo strip as well. He also sets up three different options to get all the photos after the event as well and they are all individual pictures not in the 3 photo form. Indybooth is AMAZING! We booked them for our wedding in June. Paul the owner was VERY responsive and very professional and a pleasure to work with. The booth its self is a stand alone outdoor machine that Paul operates on the day of. All of our guests raved about the photobooth and really enjoyed all of their props. Paul was very flexible with our requests and was incredibly reasonably priced and he sent us all of the pictures for downloading and even connected everything to social media for our guests.
