Hired Smile Cam for my wedding. My Guest loved the photobooth however the process was okay. Just thought it was odd that most of communication was on email. And not very timely unless i initiated. Also the week of the wedding it was difficult to get a hold of santiago. Had to call on another phone number to get Santiago to answer the phone. They arrived on time to set up the photobooth however the one person that were suppose to start it, was no where to be found. 30 minutes later another person arrive. The theme I picked for travel was good on the strip that people took home but the props and background was not as discussed on the email. I wanted a gold background and they set up silver, wanted a travel theme props they set up random props. Also when renegotiating price only dropped it by 15$. By that time my husband and I were just tired from the wedding and decided to pay. Asked the reason for the delay and it was simply a no show on their employee. Gave it 3/5 just because our guest enjoyed the photobooth and the lady there was nice to guest but overall organization was not a great experience. read more

We got the in-house full 3 package, which was an amazing deal for so many fun props, a sequined backdrop, and a photo album (from the research I did, we could have easily spent double the money for the same).
