My husband and I couldn't take it anymore so we were referred here by the front desk of the hotel. Thanks goodness they had the info for them. It is well located in the heart of Benalmadena and clearly caters to locals, expats, and tourists. I have never had such an efficient ER experience. I was in and out in 20 minutes. They took my information and assigned me a number DMV style. I was seen first by a nurse who asked me my symptoms and took my vitals. I returned to the waiting room and waited less than 2 minutes where I saw the doctor. He asked me questions (in English) about allergies and symptoms. He then asked if I preferred a shot or IV (shot for me). I returned to the waiting room and in two minutes the nurse gave me my shot. I then paid. Cost? €140. My ER experience in San Diego to get something out of my eye was about 11x that last summer. This experience makes it easier to move to the EU.

First, I called them to get an appointment, and got a nice English-speaking woman who listened to my problem. I got an appointment the same day, met a friendly receptionist in a large fresh entrance. Then I met the doctor who also listened to what I had to say. I hope that the medicine I got written out will help me, and that I do not need to come back here. But if I'll be unlucky and need a new appointment, I feel confident I will be treated well again.
