I ordered a 2.5i Subaru header from Steven Dries in Nov 2024 and began emailing him in July 2025. Steven told me that my header was actually completed and that it would mailed out. The remainder of my dealings are reminiscent of a scammer that includes creating labels online and told me he has transportation issues. Steven will take your money and what happens after is a gamble. I paid using PayPal and well their policy is 6 months, meanwhile Steven has a disclaimer of up to 10-12 months to complete. I am currently in the process of a dispute resolution with my credit card carrier. PayPal offers no protection after 6 months. read more

Communication was slow and unprofessional -- I was told my product was finished, but shipping kept getting delayed with excuse after excuse. Product was ordered in May 2024. It is not Feb 2026 with no product received or return of money. He did the same as others have reported- stringing along and eventually created a bogus tracking number. I will update this if he resolves this situation, but I am doubtful that will occur. read more

This company is not a scam i believe Steven is just really slow i ordered in January and received my package after 7ish month, waited 2 1/2 month just too ship after consistently pressing him about it. Long story short, saw his work and thought I would support the little guy, that looks like it was a mistake, I placed an order going on two years ago, attempts to contact the company result in the usual "let me check and get back to you" or "its going to ship later this week". Despite these replies, he never gets back to me and I have yet to see any shipping information. Attempts to get a refund have been met with silence as well. i ordered from him in early october 2023 for a car i have since sold, at first he was quick to respond, i was told he would get the order out in 4-6 weeks. i sold the car in early december and informed him i would like to cancel and get a refund, recieved no response. 8 weeks later and not a word about even getting the header shipped, i couldve at least sold it for a loss i got ahold of him from a different number (he wouldnt respond to the original) in april, requesting cancellation and refund, to which he responded he'll get it processed as soon as he can. almost 4 months later and nothing. if i dont get a refund soon i will be contacting ftc, bbb and whoever else i need to get ahold of, $400 is a lot of money to spend and get nothing in return for. i had been patient throughout this whole process, even when he finally responded for cancellation but now 10 months later, with nothing to show, i'm done with the nonsense and want my money back, Steven. do not order from here. read more

Lead time says up to 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks i contacted the company via email for them to say they were running behind. and that they would ship the following week. After 2 weeks with no response and no change to my order status i requested to cancel the items to which they responded they already shipped, apparently with no tracking information and my order still says processing on their website. This company is unreliable. If you want to wait 4 months and then a few days for a confirmation for your goods to be ready and shipped, go ahead and buy from this company. I purchased an exhaust in July and received an electronic receipt, and that was it. 3 weeks to 4 weeks later, in September, I sent an email following up on the order and no response. I made several attempts to call the business, and there was no answer, not even the ability to leave a message. I messaged the business via their online "Contact Us" in September as well, and there no response. October, I sent another message via their online contact us platform. Here I am in October, with still nothing. So, I had to go through my credit card service to get a refund for services never rendered because the business was not responsive. But, what a coincidence that all of a sudden, I get a response from the business that I should receive tracking information??? What really is after 4 months after I petition a refund? The owner always seems to have an excuse as to why the product hasn't finished or shipped yet. I've had the same excuse from him multiple times over the year when asking about where the product is that I ordered. It will be a full year on August 31 from when I ordered. The last time I contacted him about where it is he marked it as shipped and there is still no tracking after another two weeks. Good thing I purchased on a credit card for claiming services never rendered so I can get my money back. This business should be reported to the BBB for scamming people and giving false information. From my investigation it seems as though the orders stopped shipping to people after the Covid pandemic. To me this sounds like an up front money fraud scheme because the owner either lost his job or wants the quick money from easy victims and will keep giving excuses until either you forget about the order, or you won't want to bother with getting the money back through your credit card company.
