READ THE FINE PRINT ON YOUR INVOICES: It's unfortunate Carefree was bought out by this company (Apex). I've had nothing but small annoyance after small annoyance ever since Infinite (Apex) disposal took over. The drivers are careless with the totes half the time (leaving with the lid open and/or leaving them poorly placed blocking our driveway), they switched our recycle to biweekly while charging us the same. I would highly NOT recommend this trash service in Colorado Springs. There are plenty of other providers to choose from. What ultimately made us leave Infinite (Apex) was when we moved to a different side of town. They were slow to deliver our new garbage tote, and they failed completely to deliver our recycle tote. Aside from the first call that I made, which was to transfer service, I had to call two other times to figure out why my recycle tote was never dropped off and still they failed to deliver it when they said they would. Even though I canceled at the beginning of May, they said they would not prorate my refund as the invoices state at the bottom in fine print that they do not prorate refunds. Despite the fact that they failed to fully deliver my services! While I know it's not her fault and simply following policy, I did not care for the lack of empathy that Anna showed for my frustration. I ended up going with SoCo because they still have weekly recycle and they are ultimately cheaper than Infinite. read more

When Infinite was local, and GFL had ruined BestWay, we changed to Infinite a couple of years ago, and the service was excellent--reliable, good communication (email) about problems (snow, etc.), and a person answered the phone. Since the local owners sold to a big out of state corporation, the service has become TERRIBLE. Inconsistent, very poor communication, the phone is an hour plus on hold and no one answers. An example: they changed their auto-pay system, never told me about it, the new system wouldn't process my on-file credit card, my service was cancelled, the trash sat in the street, and no one ever contacted to me say my service was cancelled. They don't care now. I wish for the days of local owners. The same thing happened with BestWay. Sad sad. read more

Ever since Apex bought them out, there has been a decline and now they increased the price. After my last payment I even got email saying I was 51 days past due threatening to stop service. So I changed to another one my neighbors are using. read more

Last week I was on a family emergency in Salida and could not put my trash out on the curb. The nice TWO guys on the truck took the effort to go up next to my house and empty my cans even though I was not home.   Springs Waste is horrid. So are all of the other out of town mega trash companies. They dont care about you! Infinite disposal is half the price, an infinite amount of times better at customer service and are actually a joy to deal with. They actually answer their phones. As a plus I dont have to pick up the trash and paint puddles from their trucks that Springs Waste purposely, yes purposely left in front of my house.   You have a choice. You can hire a company that really does not know you are a customer, have a guy sitting in his trash truck giving you trouble if your trash is not 100% as he likes it, and deal with Springs Waste mafia like intimidation tactics.   Or you can deal with a local company that is friendly, half the price and employees twice the number of people that are truly happy to see you.   I have better things to do than fight over garbage with a company that really does not even know I even exist. Been with ID for almost three years. They are the best service for waster and recycle, I've had in the 50 years I've lived in the Springs. They go the extra mile. I'm elderly/disabled and if I don't have my caregiver, they have actually come up to the garage and brought my cans to the truck. And!! when they're emptied, they bring them back!! Who the heck does this sort of kindness and efficiency anymore? Well, I say...Infinite Disposal. A company that goes above and beyond. BTW: the office staff is amazing as well. Utter incompetence! We tried to set up auto debit from our savings. We tried 3 times and for some reason, it wouldn't work. They blamed our bank. Our bank said that it should have gone through just fine. I finally called to give the a credit card. The customer service rep took it and said she would run it. We got an email a few weeks later stating that we had a bill due. THEY TRIED TO DEBIT THE SAVINGS *AGAIN*!! They never charged the credit card like I was told that they would. Fast, polite, responsive to emails, timely service. Run from the other companies. I tried to contact the common companies and never got anyone on the phone or email. Infinite Disposal has always responded and been on time weekly. Update/backstory- just moved here from Boston. Spent two weeks calling waste connections, springs waste management, waste management, you name the companies I called and emailed them all looking for a quote, information on cost, pick up day's, and the basic stuff you need to know when you sign up for a residential trash hauler. Waste management and GFL had the only option to just sign up online and "hope" my bins showed up. I stumbled across infinite disposal one evening. Sent an email for a quote. Got an email and phone call next day. Bins arrived promptly the morning of the next pick up day. read more

Worst trash company I have ever experienced. The first time they came they didn't empty my trash completely. They left french fries and broken glass all under my trashcan. I called for them to pick it up but their first response was, are You sure it was your trashcan and not somebody walking by. This company is awesome! Aside from having consistent timely trash pick-up without any issues, they have gone the extra mile for us several times. Once, as we were loading up to go to our newborn's first doctor's appointment, they pulled up and saw that we forgot to set out the trashcan. Without pause, they went around the side of the house to grab them for us. My toddler, who is obsessed with trucks, also gets so excited when they drive by and they wave to him when they see him watching from the window. 10/10 recommend! read more

I found Infinite Disposal on Yelp after moving into a new house and I am so glad I did! They have been friendly, responsive, and an overall well run trash service. They also recently started to offer pink trash totes for a $1 donation a month ($3 quarterly charge) for a local breast cancer nonprofit. I can't say enough good things about this company and their pink trash cans! I absolutely have the best trash can in my neighborhood now. read more

Garbage and recycling service is important to me and I don't want to wonder if my company will or won't pickup this week (grrrr). In addition to my own research, when I set up these services, I know both will be handled responsibly and without stress. The thought of there being more plastic in the ocean than fish is frightening and I hope more people realize this and do their part to prevent this atrocity. This company has kind, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Services are picked up on time, price is reasonable for residential pickup and the pickup staff is as friendly as those you speak to on the phone! When I first signed on with this company a few years ago I was happy with their service. But unfortunately since there was a change in ownership, I have seen the quality dwindle with less consistency on pick up time. Last week they missed my trash for no reason (corner lot, bright pink dumpster) and this week they came way earlier than they ever have so my trash wasn't picked up and my only option was to pay $75 for them to pick it up or wait a week and let my stinky trash build (which is not a fair option). I understand if a customer repeatedly forgets or continues to put it out on the curb too late, but just like they for no reason missed my house last week, there should be more understanding and effort to take care of and retain great, loyal customers. When I called (and even after speaking with a supervisor), there was no exception and no effort to keep my business, so I immediately switched to a new trash company. Be better and improve your customer service and policies. They have an impersonal, corporate vibe now and I would not recommend them. read more

So far so amazing! This company has been amazing. Today is Friday our garbage pick up day and like humans, we completely forgot to put our trash and recycling out. I happened to see the truck for our living room window - in a last ditch effort to not have to miss trash pick up, I (like a fool) yelled out the window to see if they could wait - miraculously they heard me and waited. Very inflexible - only service their own cans - and you get only (1). Any yard waste like leaves and small branches and twigs have to be bagged - can't use your own container to put in loose yard degradable items. And they take up to only 3 additional bags. I've had Infinite Disposal for two years now, and have no complaints. They have yet to fail to pick up my trash or recycling, and my costs have only changed by a small fee to cover the increased gas prices. Even still, I'm paying significantly less than I was even two years ago. This is a drastic difference from the other two popular local trash companies who often failed to pick up the trash, sometimes for a week or two, and multiple rate increases within a year without explanation. read more

We just relocated to the area, and one of the biggest challenges was finding a company to pick up our garbage and recycling. We had just moved, so we had more garbage than expected. I filled out forms online expecting calls back, which is their process, and no call would come. That was until I found out about Infinity Disposal. I filled out the online form over the weekend, and I got a call that Monday morning. They picked up garbage and dropped off bins that Wednesday. One month free! Pick up is every week (1-96 gallon bin plus up to 3 bags). Recycling is every other week. They have been really friendly and helpful. I'd give 10 stars compared to the others if I could! read more

Moved back to the Springs 3 months ago, and since day one started having issues with the company I selected for Waste Management. it took 2 weeks just to get a receptacle, and every week they delayed the pick up day to the next (notifying us after the office was closed ; how convenient for them!). We switched a month ago to Infinite Disposal, and they have done what they said they were going to do: from delivery of receptacle (the very next day after we signed up) to picking up on the day they said, even before I'm out my house, before 8AM!! Oh, forgot to mention that they answer the phone immediately, unlike all the others, that send you to VM and may call you 2 or 3 days later. Infinite Disposal has my business; so refreshing to see that there is at least one business that is customer oriented and fulfill their word to the customer. Very well done!! read more

I switched to infinite disposal after WM continually increased their three month rate to $125. Easy to switch, super kind and responsive. I called and they picked up half a couch for $30. We forgot to put our trash can out and the man ran up and grabbed it for us. They always walk out can up our driveway too! Also they are way less expensive than any other place. You know I never thought I'd be coming here to change my review but I am. Apparently, there's a honeymoon phase for the "top-notch" service because when you're trash/recycling guys tell you it's fine to do this or that then you take their word at face value. If I package up boxes that won't fit in the bin and tape them uptight to be picked up then there shouldn't be an issue. Recycling only comes every other week. Apparently, you can have extra bags for trash but RECYCLING is out of the question. So I can either pay extra or I can just toss it with the trash. A tightly bound, organized group of cardboard boxes shouldn't have to go in the trash when it's perfectly recyclable. It's NEVER once been an issue in over a year of service until today. Apparently, it was a courtesy that is no longer extended. If we're told it's fine by the employees themselves then why would anyone think otherwise? Both bins were tossed around. I had to get my trash bin from my neighbor's house. When you have good people and promote them then their replacements should be of the same caliber. Brandon, if you ever change companies, let us know and we'll follow you there. I will NEVER recommend Infinite to my clients again which I do with every single one nor will I recommend them online when people ask. Sorry, Cheyenne, I guess that's a courtesy too. I had so many problems with Waste Management not coming, leaving cans on the sidewalk for days, and I am so glad I switched to Infinite. They have a senior discount, for one thing, and they come the day they're supposed to come. They bring your empty carts back to your house! Very nice people on the phone. Attempted to start service with this company Crystal who answered and claimed she was the office manager was extremely rude, did not listen to our question, and condescending, we simply asked for advice for larger items such as pizza boxes until our can was delivered, we needed to know if we could use a temporary can or just leave bags on the curb. She began talking over us, didn't listen to the question and snapped horribly that we just " have to do it. " Do what? After, 2 call attempts and treated as if it was a problem to actually take our money, twice. We decided to stayed with GFL. We had been with bestway for 13 years and wanted to remain supportive of local businesses in the community upon GFL buy out. GFL is more expensive. But, have never had such an terrible experience. You get what you pay for. A $9.60 difference was not enough to change after these interactions. The sheer rudeness and inability to allow a soon to be customer some understanding, we were instead treated like a problem. Crystal needs customer service training and understanding that she is the first impression of this company. Will never use this company. I would rather pay more than to be treated so poorly over the phone before we could even start a simple service. read more
