Thankfully, we crossed paths with Kyle and Fellowship Plumbing & Mechanical. He drove all the way over to our home and took the time to give us a candid, detailed assessment of the house's plumbing and recommendations for what should be updated. Then Kyle changed me $175 to change the water stops as he could not figure out how to turn them to cut the water supply, so I could have water in the rest of the house. He promised to come back and fix everything he broke, but he stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. I had to hire a different plumber who got everything fixed what Kyle broke. Hope this review will help you make the right decision and stay away from Kyle Home Improvement (which should be renamed to Kyle Home Destruction )

Water in the basement hasn't happened in the last thirty years or so. KPM examined everything and suggested it was the way the gutter was put back on the roof after cleaning it of debris. (The actual gutter installers cleaned the gutters. Gee, won't be using them again. But I digress.) KPM came back a couple of days after they gave us an EXTREMELY REASONABLE price quote and performed the work. Sheer perfection. I never really noticed the gutters on the back deck were "off." It's comforting when you hire someone with excellent knowledge and skills as well as high standards. KPM is fully licensed and insured.
