Had an appointment last Wednesday and received a call today (8 days later, on the same day my CC was hacked, didn't even acknowledge my CC issue just wanted a new card) all they wanted was a new card for last weeks Co-pay that wasn't billed ) (if they billed it last week no problem) made me feel like I was trying to get over on them. The one actual rehab I had was very good, but I feel it's all about the copay not even taking into account the money they get from my insurance.
