This is a family business run by two terrific people. Gary and Blanca are both great to work with. We had a large home in Oceanside that was crammed with a tons of items that needed to be cleared out prior to a home sale. The situation was complicated by me not being in town during this whole process. Gary reviewed the home and its contents, planned how to control the flow of people through the house, had all the closets and cabinets emptied and priced each item for sale. They even researched items they were unfamiliar with to develop accurate sale prices. Infinity executed a 3-day sale and exceeded the revenue estimate by about 30%. There were some items left after the sale (but not a lot), and they provided a buyout firm to take the remainder. My father-in-law's estate needed to be liquidated and we do not live in San Diego. They really took the stress of the situtation off our shoulders and performed to the highest standards and care. They called us at every step, send pictures, and FaceTimed when needed to ensure we knew exactly what was going on. They are genuinely very nice people. A neighbor friend kept an eye on the property for us, and he said the Infinity staff was hardworking, respectful of the property and neighborhood, efficient, and organized. He, too, was very impressed! The estate was filled with 57 years of various collections, nice furniture, some unusual items, and was completely overwhelming for us. They brought in their team and worked tirelessly for about 1.5 weeks to sort, catalogue, research, organize, and price all of the items. They also had two appraisers come to assess a few of the more unusual items in the home to ensure the pricing was solid. They ran an online sale for a few items, and that was suprisingingly successful. The in-person estate sale was ran with great efficiency, care, and followed all of the COVID protocols. The sale outcome exceeded our expectations, and they were able to sell almost all of the items. For the items that didn't sell, Blanca helped us by working with a buy-out vendor to haul away and dispose of non-sellable items. She followed up after the sale to make sure that the property was cleared by our deadline date. We cannot thank Blanca and Gary enough for a seamless experience that exceeded our expectations and completely relieved the stress for us under the circumstances. I have been going to Infinity Estate Sales since they first started their business. Blanca and Gary are two of the nicest people you could ever meet and when I had an antique store, I shopped frequently at their sales because everything was neatly displayed, the prices were fair and if you bought in volume, they might give you a bundled price (I would never ask this on the first day, of course). I can't remember how many years ago it was that they first started (maybe 8 or 9?) but I can say that they have become even more pleasant to work with and shop with. I guess their reputation gets around because they have some of the best sales. I don't have my store anymore and don't shop as often as I used to, but all the reasons that they were great still exist. Their kids help with the business and they are just as sweet and helpful as their parents. If you see their signs anytime, make it a point to stop in and see one of their sales. We hired Infinity Estate Sales recently, to dispose of the contents of a house occupied by a family member who passed away. Blanca and Gary were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and, most of all, caring. They treated the household possessions with respect. Blanca knew just what prices to put on items so they would sell. This is a family enterprise; I met several family members during this process. Blanca and her family cleaned the house, staged the items, and priced them. Blanca does not charge extra for cleaning or staging. She does not charge an up-front fee as do some other sellers. Since this is a family operation, they do not hire part-time, unskilled minimum wage workers. The entire family pitches in. When the sale was over, Blanca introduced me to a bulk purchaser who bought the remaining items. This helped clean out the home for its eventual sale. Blanca and Gary were kind enough to come to my home to present me with a check. It's a pretty simple deal: we kept 60 percent of the proceeds and Blanca kept 40 percent.
