Do not let them touch you!!!Complete disaster!!! I had to have a hysterectomy from cancer when I was 32. I had tried every HRT under the sun and they all gave me terrible side effects. I had gained 80 lbs , having severe anxiety/mood swings and felt terrible. Until I found Biote pellets. They gave me my life back. I lost all the weight. Anxiety was almost completely gone. The clinic I went to was amazing and I was so sad when I moved away. I actually drove 3.5 hours there and 3.5 hours back for several injections because I was so scared to switch doctors. Finally I called and found a provider that used Biote pellets and made an appointment. First impression on the phone was not to bad but when I arrived to my first appointment there were several ladies behind the front desk cutting up and laughing no greeting of any kind.The atmosphere was not very professional but I gave it a shot. I received my hormones and went on my way and all was good. I scheduled my next appointment before I left the clinic. Fast forward a few months and I arrive at my next appointment and once again there are several ladies cutting up and laughing and talking. No greeting but it is ok. I am called to the back and i am in the procedure room where 3 ladies including the doctor are talking to each other while she performs the insertion. I am barely spoken to. She finishes up and says " I think you are going to be happy with the new brand pellets". I immediately asked her what did you just say and she repeated herself as my jaw dropped. I was in shock as I asked questions about the new brand. I was not asked if I wanted the new brand or even told about it until it was too late. The hormone pellets were already in place and I think I was in shock because I paid and left. It was about 20 minutes later when I pulled my car into a parking lot and looked up this new brand and I was so angry and terrified. I have Multiple Sclerosis and my body is very sensitive to any and all medications. I called the office and could not get an answer so i text the office phone asking for a returned call when one of the ladies asked what it was in regards to. I sent a text about the basics of the conversation I needed to have but instead of a phone call I find myself responding to text messages from this lady arguing with me. I have placed several phone calls since i live 2 hours away and months later have not received a call back. I have now gained 16lbs , I am fighting anxiety, depression , body aches and pain. All because a irresponsible office staff and doctor implanted a medication i had not agreed to receiving. I am still not sure if I am going to take legal action or not but please do not let these people touch you!!! read more

I had a very negative experience today. I'll never return. My goal today was simple Botox around my eyes. I was told that I needed much more than Botox and that "I was aging badly around my mouth and lips". The doctor was awful. She was not forthcoming about her "Botox" style. Her technique was painful and excessive. She called it "micro Botox". It was awful. 10 needle sticks when 3 would be better. I'm not even sure the Botox will work. My instincts told me to leave before the procedure but I ignored them. Wish I hadn't. I not sure what to do about this experience but I thought posting this was a good first step. read more

I am giving this place 2 stars because everyone here isn't horrible, but one horrible experience has been enough to potentially put me off returning. I have been here for weight loss, facials, and laser services, and have also bought beauty products like Latisse. I have been going here for weight loss for a year and had a lot of success, but recently had a setback due to a divorce. Dr. Posey and Dr. MacDonald have both been very supporting and encouraging. Dr. Posey patted me on the hand and asked how I was holding up... he is a sweetheart! I saw Dr. Brunson most recently, and it was terrible. When he came in, he immediately started to berate me for putting on weight, and said if I hadn't lost 3-5 pounds by next month, he would not continue to treat me! Yikes! He didn't even give me a chance to explain, and when I did, he was dismissive. He said that he had regulatory requirements to meet and that he couldn't prescribe medication if I was not making progress. I told him I understood that, and would have probably put on much more weight if I hadn't been taking appetite suppressants during the day. I asked about adding the low-calorie, over-priced shakes that they sell to my regimen to see if that might help with my night-time cravings. He was dismissive about that too! He said I needed to do more to help myself and reiterated that if I hadn't lost 3-5 pounds by next month, he would not continue to treat me. I was trying not to cry by the time I left. I will say that the office staff was very apologetic and kind, as I was visibly shaken when I left the room. I told them I never wanted to see Dr. Brunson again. Until now, I have found this place adequate. I saw Dr. MacDonald for the first time to have a little burst capillary on my face broken up with a laser, and it's still gone 4 years later! He didn't even charge me very much and I was very happy. I would definitely see him again. read more

I was given a groupon gift for a massage. This was my first time at infinity and my last time. Walked in and 2 front desk ladies were having a great conversation with a customer who was leaving. Then my turn at the window and one lady turned her back and the other moved away from window. No welcome/hello greeting to me. I stood there for about a minute or so. Then I hear a voice say "what can I do for you"? No one came to window. I tell her I have an appointment and then a lady hands me a clip board to fill out forms. No smile. No welcome greeting to me. I complete paperwork. Take back to window and told someone will be with me shortly. I felt so unwanted at this place. I started to walk out but I remembered that the gift was already paid. The massage therapist was ok but it was clear that she was uncomfortable around me. I found it hard to enjoy my massage because of the atmosphere. I had to ask if there were other services offered to assist with my other concerns. She answered but I felt like they were ready for me to leave. I left the therapist a $20 cash tip that the front desk shoved in a drawer and seemed eager for me to leave. I had much better treatment at ross bridge spa. read more
