Del took the time and effort to write up on a marker board what exercises to do, what food to eat, and completely answer my knowledge gaps. In just 6 weeks, I was able to drop my body fat percentage by 5%. It wasn't easy, but I couldn't have done it without Del's help. Aside from personal training, there are 1 hour early morning + late afternoon classes Monday to Friday (and Saturday mornings) in which you will do extensive circuit workout routines. I have been a patient of this practice for years and it seems like in the past couple of years the…read moreexperience has been on the decline. Initially the frustration came from the long waiting times at appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late you must reschedule but if you were on time, I have experienced wait times of over 45 minutes before even being called back and an additional 45 minutes to an hour in the waiting room. This has improved but now you must wait extremely long times for lab results, making me think the labs are not going out daily. I had blood drawn on Monday and didn't receive results until Friday for results that other offices provide same day or next day. I have blood that was drawn on Wednesday and Wednesday has come again and still no results, so if it is an urgent matter this would not be the practice to visit. I do enjoy the care I receive from the providers, they are easy to speak with and knowledgeable in their fields. It's just some categories where the practice is missing the mark.
