They have in person boxes or this really cool system called Virtual mail box. The lovely and knowledgeable woman working there explains it well. You get an email with a scan of your new mail and they'll open it or shred for you and scan it- so you don't even have to pick up mail. Awesome for people who travel- like me! And you can get packages there too. I'm sorry I wasted money on a pi box cuz I'm already getting complaints of people who don't want to send me stuff. I'll be getting one here in a month or so. Lo and behold, not three weeks later we have the need for new magnetic signs and business cards for our senior, small-breed hospice. We calls on the hope they could fill our order and sure enough, they are FULL SERVICE! We placed the order and sent the graphics. They were very attentive to the color and placement since we had to change a bit from our previous items.
