First, they selected my shoes, wardrobe and jewelry from some of my favorite clothing items. They mixed my clothing in ways I had never thought of, and it worked beautifully! Step 2 was a hair and makeup makeover. I gave no input; I just let them make the decisions on what should be done. As a result, I looked younger and sexier, all the while still age appropriate. Step 3 was the actual photo session. Again, I trusted their complete judgment; after all, they are the pros. The photo session was in several beautiful outdoor locations. They have a keen eye for beautiful natural and architectural backgrounds, in places that were so fun, I want to return! The photographers made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and had ways to make me laugh, while capturing the spirit and laughter in the photos, which I would say is their uniqueness above other photographers. Step 4 was the viewing. I could not believe my eyes! WOW! I had not looked that good in 20 years! I asked, "How many hours did you have to enhance these photos to make me look this good?" The surprising answer was, only 3 of the photos had been enhanced; all the others had not. I loved all the photos but most of all, the unenhanced photos. That was really me! This is the way I want my children and grandchildren to think of and remember me, so naturally I was thrilled with the professional skills and talents of the LUCE photographers. Their photos are uniquely different from other photographers, as they are able to capture an inner beauty and spirit, along with your best portrait. The photos will not be covered by the $500 credit. I was told I won a "$1040 valued" Boudoir photoshoot with a $500 credit to "spend on stunning photos". They wanted a $200 deposit that I was told would be refunded if I didn't do the hair and makeup. I opted out of the hair and makeup, made the deposit, and upon my arrival was told repeatedly I did choose for the hair and make up to be done. I knew I didn't, but went ahead anyways given the cosmetologist was already there, and I wanted to look my best--even though I came with hair and makeup up done. I am also a cosmetologist, and she essentially did exactly what I had on just amped a micro amount. I had make up in my bag ready to enhance whatever I needed enhanced. We got to the photoshoot portion, and this was actually a pleasant experience. She did make me feel comfortable, I'll give her that. But after the shoot, we went to go look at the photos. I noticed a price book, but didn't think about it too hard given I had a $500 credit. That's at least one print, yeah? Haha! No. The lowest available option was digital photos for $2000 before my discount!! And they added the $200 from their mistake on my deposit, so even with my $700 credit, that is $1300 (over $1500 through my year long payment plan with interest) for 12 DIGITAL PHOTOS!!! But as it was explained, the more you photos, the cheaper it is. Mind you, I was never told a dollar amount. I left bawling as i expected to pay nothing, as that's what I was told and that's what everything hinted to. Every email and conversation was so misleading and vague and I feel absolutely cheated. I received the photos finally, and as far as I can tell (I used to be into editing photos as we all did in 2016) there is minimal editing to these photos and very loud and easily fixed details that were missed. (ex:I wore a tight bra for a bit and when I changed outfits, I had a faint line from the previous bra and it was not even edited a little) The before and after photos she showed me from other shoots were tastefully, but heavily edited to provide the perfect shot. The only things really edited in my photos were things in the background that showed the set up and such. I am severely disappointed and dissatisfied. I feel like I won nothing but more debt and some poorly edited photos along with a disheartening experience. Do NOT accept the "won experience" from here. Doing the math, I only won $395 worth of anything because, per their website under pricing " The photo shoot experience starts at $395 for regular pricing. That includes the photo shoot, professional makeup application, picture retouching, and the in-person photo viewing for you to order photo products." adding that to my $500 credit, that's only $895. They wanted to say they prepared me for this with the calls and emails, but all they did was gaslight and lie. They gave me 3 free photos after trying to say I don't want the photos to try and keep me from not purchasing them. There is nothing on their site about minimum purchase, nor did I sign anything, but they just "don't do cancellations " even tho she could've canceled the payment through affirm, deleted the photos and been done with it. She refused even though i explained I am broke as shit, told this was a free experience other than the deposit, and didn't expect to pay anything that day. This place is for people who grew up with a pool and and ocean side view with daddies money in their pocket, not for a gal trying to up her confidence and have a fun, new experience she was told that she won.

He has an incredible imagination, and is always trying to find the best places to use. While he knows how to capture those quick blink-and-you'll-miss-it moments, he also knows when to capture a stunning pose as well, and offers help and suggestions during those moments when you do want more of a styled look. In terms of his professional skills, he was a pleasure to work with. He makes every session about you. He listens to your suggestions, he is never pushy but gives you his ideas also. He is incredibly flexible and patient! We dragged him to so many locations, and his energy level, work ethic, positive attitude, and friendliness never waned. Once the events are done he is very responsive and helpful at the end of the process as well.
