It's a really complex machine so I can't fault them for missing something but it's the fabulous way they treated me overall that makes them great. BTW, I was burning the very last firewood as the guy left on Sunday. It's been running perfectly now for almost a month and I don't expect any more trouble.

I actually feel as if I owe them something for all the extra effort they put into to see that we were comfortable. Had they not come out when they did, I would have really been scrambling to find wood on a weekend.

Well no problem, everyone runs late. Not just late, only 25 minutes before the property transfers Ownership. Well, they said they didn't know, so surely? WRONG! You told them it was 5 twice, the second time being when you said "ARE YOU SURE I SHOULDNT GET ANOTHER SERVICE?, I ONLY HAVE UNTIL 5". They got it covered, it shouldn't take much time, WRONG again, you had to order another moving service because you could hear the delusion in her voice. The driveway is very steep, and initially Phil thought said could cut it in half with a ramp out of the side of the truck. His time estimate was based on that idea, but it turned out we couldn't use the ramp, so the movers had to work harder than anticipated. They still made it happen, though -- it was more work than they expected going into the job, but they were very kind about it.

The guy Phil was absolutely a kind man answered the phone right away and we were actually able to get a move scheduled for the next day!!! I was so relieved. Even though they were showing up later in the afternoon that worked out perfect for us because we were still boxing things up at that point. Move went really really well and smooth and the two movers were AWESOME! They were really careful with all our things and you could tell they secured everything in their big truck professionally. I thought the price was really reasonable too, especially because they were available for a move when we really needed it. We're still feeling so grateful for this company and the guys that helped us.
