Can't say I was impressed with the place. Small selection of…read moremods. Clueless staff. I bought my first kit from them based on their recommendation for a newbie ex smoker. They sold me a kit that's the furthest thing for a new vaper and dern near killed (I'm over dramatizing, sure). After joining the few vaping forums and gaining some good knowledge, what they sold me was for the experienced DTL (direct to lung) instead of an MTL (mouth to lung) which is preferred for tobacco smokers. The selection of mods is extremely limited for such a big store. The selection of juice is equally limited to mostly the "Pure" brand name. The store itself is wide open with space and you'd think they'd use it for a larger selection of stock options. Instead what you see is an area to sit for some reason, a gathering place for noisy, sloppy looking guys and gals. The noise itself made it very difficult to hear the salesman. The sales staff were equally sloppy in appearance. Like they just woke up, unkept hair, sloppy clothes. Like they just crawled out of mom and dads basement after a rousing all nighter of dungeons and dragons. If you want clean knowledgeable staff, large selection then make the extra effort to make go to old downtown Melbourne and visit Cloud Parlor Vapes. They have very long store hours there too.
