Infinity Tree Service is more than just trees! In 2019 we had them removed a very large cedar tree from our backyard and they did an incredible job! We had heard that they were expanding their services to decks, etc., so we had them give us an estimate on removing and adding a new deck and creating a patio for us. Paul and Nick were very responsive, provided lots of information on different decking options, and they worked with my design. We choose to go with Dasso xtr for the deck, which is a fused bamboo product, and a really cool circle design for the patio. Their estimate was very competitive and since we loved working with them in the past, we signed the contract. BEST DECISION EVER!!! Once the project got started, the guys were here promptly at 8 am every day and worked non stop until the day was over. They are true craftsmen and gave us an absolutely amazing deck and patio that we will be able to enjoy for many years! The Dasso boards are beautiful! So much better than the Trex options we were looking at, as it looks like wood, not plastic. The patio design was one the guys had never done before, but they made sure it was perfect. Everything was cleaned up and throughout the whole project Paul was very responsive on any questions or concerns. They are much more pricey than their competitors. They never get back to you and when they do, its a week later. Very unprofessional and expensive; a very bad combination especially when there are better tree services at the fraction of the cost. If you thinking about going with Infinity...stop!!! There is a reason why all the reviews are 5 stars. This company is the friendliest and hardworking people around. I want to hire them for everything not just tree work. (If all contractors could be perfect like them right?) They even fixed my gutter during the initial visit. I haven't even hired them at that point. This was the third time we have called on Infinity for tree services. They removed an ivy covered tree (complete with raccoons!), took down a rotten tree leaving no trace, trimmed branches, and pollarded a huge magnolia for us. This company is really special, and rare, in my experience. They do much more than tree work. We've had them service our trees (including taking down a 100'+ doug fir), tear off and rebuild a cedar deck (including framing), install an extensive french drain system, and build a retaining wall. I was skeptical at first that a tree service company could do high quality work across such a broad range of projects. I now have zero doubts. We gave them a chance at our other projects due to the courtesy and professionalism of Paul and his team when they came out to take care of our trees. I'm so very thankful we did. Going forward, I will always call Paul and his team first, for just about any exterior home project. If they can do it (and they probably can), it will be excellent work. If they can't, I have no doubt they'd be up front and honest about any limitations. I can't recommend this company strongly enough. read more

Outstanding!!! If I could give 6 Stars I would. I called Paul on a Saturday afternoon about a large tree that had snapped off and crossed my fence, and was laying on two of my work vehicles in the front of my home and my roof. He answered the phone, and told me he could be there tomorrow to look at the situation. I too own a small service business and both of my service trucks were covered by the tree, which meant I would not be able to service my clients on Monday if I could not get the tree removed. Initially, Paul told me I would have to wait until Monday morning. Next thing I knew, he contacted me to tell me he was on his way! He had moved things around on his schedule to accommodate mine. He showed up with one of his crew members and they had the tree completely removed quickly. They were both very professional and it was obvious they cared about my needs and took pride in their work, which is hard to find anymore. They took the time to clean off the tops of the vehicles and there was not a speck of broken tree left in my driveway or yard. He also helped diagnose two more dying trees that need to be removed to prevent this from happening again. Lastly, he is a Veteran. I thanked him for his service to our country and the job he performed for me to get me out of the pinch I was in. I will be calling him again if I need another tree removed. read more

If I could give a six star rating to these guys, I would. The business owner, Paul, was truly a pleasure to work with. He did a good job communicating and keeping me up to date with their process, and he and his crew were on time every single time they came out... which is more than I can say for a lot of contractors I've hired. Our job was decently complicated and I found throughout this process that Paul is a man of honesty and integrity. Paul's crew is basically a bunch of freaking beasts who did non stop work until the job was done. They were lifting HUGE logs like they were twigs, and doing all of this on a super steep muddy hill. They did a great job cleaning the property up when they were done; I'm pretty sure it was cleaner when they left than when they started. They definitely under promised and over delivered and did it for a very fair price. Its hard to express how impressed I was with these guys. From the moment Paul came to my house for the Tree Service estimate...I could see a difference from any other time I have dealt with situations of this type. Eric's crew showed up promptly at 9am, did the walk around with me one more time and got immediately to work. They took care of every little detail I asked for and the cleanup after was great. Left my yard beautiful. I thought they only did big trees and big jobs, but they knew how to take care of all the fruit trees, the maple, and the decorative shrubs too. Paul also stopped by to make sure all was good, and it was great! One last thing I really appreciated, any time I walked outside (even to take out trash) they all turned off their equipment, safety first, and smiled asking if I needed anything or had any comments. This review is past due and I feel bad for that. These guys are great. I had several trees trimmed up and/or removed from my property and they did a great job. They are very professional and safety conscious. They showed on time and went beyond expectations. Not only was the work I was quoted on done, they removed the remains of a tree that a storm previously took down and did some stump grinding. They also seem to really enjoy their work. One guy on the crew shouted for joy every time a large branch of chunk of tree came down. My kids loved that. It is also et ran and they give their fellow vets a discount. Paul and his crew are awesome! He was in the area and stopped over to give us a quote to remove the large tree that fell in our yard during the wind storm. We were so grateful when he was able to squeeze us into his schedule that day! We were not home yet and I told him that the boat and trailer was in the way. He said no problem, he and his guys moved it out of the way so they could get the job done. His crew works great together and made a tough job look easy (and it was a tough job). He has all the right equipment to get the job done right. They definitely don't half-a** it. They even made sure to take care when bringing the equipment in so as not to ruin our natural stone driveway by laying down plywood. Paul even asked if the clean up was acceptable before they left which it definitely was. They even rolled our boat and trailer back into the yard for us. Had a great experience with Infinity Tree Service. It was easy to get them out to do a bid, and even easier to schedule them for the service. They trimmed several trees on my property, completely removed an overgrown laurel hedge, including stump grinding, removed several large shrubs and ground up a huge cottonwood stump for me.
