I talk to one of the guys to come meet at my place today and waited for about an hour and when I followed up with him again said that he wasn't able to make it until later. An advance head up would be nice. When the guy did come over to take a look at the tree I wanted to be service he gave me one of the highest expensive quoteI out of all the other bids, his bid of $5000 for one tree that is insane. These guys did a great job of cutting down our large pine tree. Price was reasonable compared to other quotes we got and they cleaned up the area and left the firewood. We received a very fast response from Glenn for an estimate to deal with a tree that had cracked and split. He let us know that additional trees discount the price considerably. We ended up having 5 worked on and they did not charge us to thin another maple tree. The work was done amazingly well. We definitely would recommend these guys. We called for an estimate, they were out in a couple of days and left us the bid on our door cuz we weren't home, it was very reasonable. We decided to go with them after getting a couple other higher bids. They came out and had it done in a few hours. They spoke with us before they started the job to be sure we were on the same page, when they were done they cleaned up after themselves and we were very happy with their work. Professional, Thorough, and Constantly Exceeded Expectations-- Jorge and his crew were absolutely incredible. I'll try to capture all the ways they not only met but exceeded my expectations throughout the process. Jorge and his team was very prompt responding to an estimate request via Yelp.com. I appreciated this as other services were slow to respond. Or, worse, were quick to respond on the first touch but with no follow through. The Climber Tree Service was different. Prompt to reply and followed up timely with a few back and forth questions we had for each other. On the day of the appointment Jorge and his team showed at the scheduled time and we first talked through each tree and what trimming we'd like done. Most of our tree trimming required removing limbs which were either resting on our roof or too close to the house (we just bought and are buttoning things up). Jorge made thoughtful suggestions to further improve the service, such as additional limbs which I hadn't spotted/asked for and suggesting how to trim back for safety and aesthetics. The team hustled all day. They were careful when working around the house, roof, and power lines. This required Jorge to make many more cuts than he would otherwise, so the trimmings were smaller/lighter, and could be managed easier by his team. I appreciate their caution as it obviously made the work take longer. After leaving each area of our yard they cleaned up after themselves. Removing the trimmed branches but also blowing the sawdust clear from the ground (and tree!). On one tree, which had at one time a very thick ivy covering it, Jorge pulled down the dead ivy from the trunk while rappelling down to the ground after finishing all his cuts. Honestly, this was just another example where they went above and beyond what I expected and were focused on not only providing good service but providing the type of service they would want to receive themselves. Thank you, Jorge! Our new home has many beautiful but close trees to us.
