The staff was so friendly and helpful. Came in for a vape battery and was instantly greeted at the counter and shown exactly to what I was looking for. The salesperson walked me to the register to the front of the store so I didn't have to wait for others to finish using the back register and before she handed off my transaction to another staff member she stopped to advise me on charging the battery and recommended saving my receipt for a few weeks to guarantee a warranty on the product! Bought a new brand of Kratom here today. My wife and I both took our normal dosage. Waited an hour. Nothing. Waited another half hour. Nothing. Not at all. The salesman told me to let him know how it was. I called the store to tell them it was not effective at all. I asked if I could exchange the remaining portion for my usual brand. They said no. So now I'm out $33 bucks and hung out to dry. I'm not complaining about the product. I'm complaining because I took a chance on a new product on their recommendation that sucked and they wouldn't replace it with my usual brand. Very disappointed. I will not return. read more

This is your basic one stop shop for all your hippie needs. Seriously, I love just poking around in these stores, especially since I end up smelling like patchouli when I leave. But really they do have really cool stuff, including a bunch of fairy art things for dorks like me. Plus this is the only place I've found so far that sells specialty cigarettes. Like the clove kind and many other flavors, but make sure you're over 18 if you're planning to buy some. The clerk unknowingly gave me a big time compliment when he carded me. I had been feeling rather old recently, and was sure it was starting to show. Then he asked to see my ID and I felt a lot better, since it had been forever since that's happened. They have a beautiful selection of crystals and stones. Maybe not the best for those more advanced with crystals but for intermediate and novice it's perfect place to start. I love going in but it's dangerous because I'm sure to buy something and I am a minimalist so have to be careful. There's a lot of beautiful jewelry as well. The staff is always there to help you. This is a sweet little head shop that carries tobacco products and rock tees. The staff is extra friendly and the prices are pretty affordable. There are plenty of Buddahs to rub for good luck, and jewelry for all of your piercing habits. I frequent the store roughly once or twice a week and I went in yesterday and there was something that I wanted to purchase that was $59.99 and these guys moved mountains to make sure that I walked out with what I wanted for $60 even though they did not have to because I was willing to come back and get it the next day but Daniel went out of his way to make sure I had what I wanted when I left that store. This store has been nothing but great and I will always remain loyal customer. They were very helpful I went in to get a banger for my lunch rigg which they had an amazing selection allays new stuff and good prices. I ended up looking at the dab pens. And it was a hard choice because had so many options all at such different prices after talking for about 30 minutes the dude showed me the APX all black one triple coil. The whole time I was worried I was gunna get I and the dabs not burn like I wanted it to and be a waste of money but if you enjoy taking dabs everyday casually the APX is the way to go it was 60$ and I guarantee you would be disappointed I put a good lil chunk in it and get a good amount of hits and you can taste it very clear. It was overall a hard decision but they made it easier I would tell them what I wanted and what was worried about it not having and they always had and answer. Their customer service and inventory in stock is amazing. I even came back day day to find my girl a Animal bowl. I told them price range and they didn't even hesitate went to back and got me exactly what I came in their for it was a dope ass dragon bowl for only 30$ and the elephant bowl was only 20$. Infinity end south blvd has amazing customer service and their inventory is just amazing. Ask watever questions and they have a answer and a result within second. I just wanna say that I loved this store until I had the most RACIST experience yesterday. I needed to just run into the south blvd location really quick to pick up some incense. I am a student at UNCC taking summer classes and I take public transportation and I had a very small Vera Bradley book bag WITH MY WORK CLOTHES IN IT!! The lady at the register by the name of "DE" walked over to me and said I would have to put my bag behind the counter with her or I wouldn't be able to shop there. I didn't like this one little bit noting the fact that I had just cashed a check for nearly $600 and the money was sitting in my bag. And the funny thing is in the end my overall total was $2.12. So I would really put my freedom at risk for $2.12?? Also, there were other people in the shop (white people) with large bags, but she never asked any of the for their bags. Infinity's End just isn't what it used to be. I used to go in there all the time with my sister when I was growing up. They are supposed to be a great head shop and they used to be but now they seem to be catering to a different crowd. Yes they have incense, oils, tapestries, Grateful Dead shirts and glass pieces but it isn't the same. There aren't any hippies working in there and about a year or 2 ago I went to go and buy my boyfriend a Grateful Dead hat for Christmas and they did not have one single Grateful Dead hat. It was all punk rocker bands, which is cool but not for a head shop. I asked them about it and the guy say they were just out which didn't explain to me why there were no empty shelves where the Dead hats should go, but then I went in there a few months later...same deal. No Dead hats. I always feel uncomfortable when I go in there, even the one on Independence. That is a lot for me to say because I am what most people would consider a genuine "hippie". I have dreadlocks, I don't wear make-up, I wear patrolli for perfume and organic deodorant, I hate shaving my legs, I go to shows all the time and sell and trade posters for tickets and beer and the Grateful Dead is my favorite band and I don't feel right when I walk into that store. I always wounder how long it has been since those people have seen a hippie. Don't get me wrong it is certainly a cool store but it's not a head shop anymore. We need one here in Charlotte besides Sunshine Daydreams(they don't have logo stuff, just hand made). read more
