Safety issues!!! The extention cords had wires exposed on a water slide. So glad no kids got seriously injured. The house breaker kept popping and i finally found the issue. Called the company and they offer $100 off next rental. Completely ridiculous. Hopefully L&I will hold them accountable before someone gets seriously hurt. I don't give negative reviews lightly. I know this is someones business at stake. However, I am on an event planning team at my company, we are reponsible for several major events a year. We will NOT be using these guys again, and DO NOT RECOMMEND this rental company. After all the work and planning it took our committee to put this together, the failure of this Inflatable booking pro's lack of Professionalism, and follow through, not to mention broken promises, completely bombed the main event of our party. They couldn't have been more blatantly rude, and could have cared less if the Movie we promised 800 people didn't work. They just hung out and enjoyed themselves, not as guest, but "hired help", that they didn't even deliver on... watch out they will bring their whole family, lay around and sleep, then get up and yell at their kids, help themselves to all the food vendors that we paid for, for our employees. As well as take their family around to enjoy the free games/ photos/face painting/ go carts/ etc...Keep searching for someone who has decent business practices, and doesn't leave you out thousands of dollars, and out of luck, as they ignore all your phone calls, and refuse to communicate, or even try to make it right! read more

We hosted a 7-year-old birthday party and the Bouncin Bins bounce house made it amazing for all the kiddos and the parents. The bounce house we rented had an obstacle course along with a slide which made it endlessly entertaining for everyone. There were races and playing on it the entire length of the party. Everyone had so much fun. The best part of working with Bouncin Bins was how easy they made the experience. The team showed up on time, set everything up, and came back to tear everything down after the party. Easy peasy. We'll be renting from these guys again. read more

I'd give 0 stars if possible! It was windy and was told not to inflate at 20mph winds so we didn't. Read my contract and thought they would let us reschedule it. They did not try to work with us to reschedule and said it was our loss. It was the owner who I spoke with and she was very rude and hung up. Won't be renting there again! read more

All in all a horrible experience. Disorganized staff, argumentative and sassy customer service. Out of state offices (not local). Non refundable rentals. Wind cancellations are not eligible for refunds, just rescheduling. When I called to get to the bottom of an issue with my rescheduled event, they were combative and escalated my blood pressure. After exchanging goodbyes I got a return call to inform me that they will not be delivering the bounce house since my attitude created a dangerous environment for their driver, and that I hung up on them. My money will illegedly be refunded (so it is refundable?). At no time did I ask for a refund, in fact I told them I wanted to pay full price, enjoy the house, and never use them again. By telling me that I am a danger to their driver from my attitude, they insulted and slandered my character. HOW DARE some faceless out of state company judge my household an unsafe place! After all this, I am rattled, angry, and worst of all I have a pack of children (and parents) who assembled especially for this rescheduled event that will not happen now. This company deserves zero stars. At no time in my interaction with anyone in the company were my concerns addressed, they just don't care about their customers. Rent from anyone else, but stat away from Bouncin Bins unless you want to add a component of negativity and outright rudeness to your day. We reserved the 95 ft obstacle course/16 ft slide about a month prior to our event. We had no problem. They called a few days before and confirmed. I said yes all was still on schedule, weather was forcasted to be cooler but that was OK as the water for it was optional. On the night before our event the clouds rolled in and the weather was predicting rain at 90%. The next morning it was raining when we woke up so I called Bouncin Bins to see if we could reschedule for the next day and spoke to a woman who said she would see what she could do but made no promises. After a few minutes she said there would be no problem though they usually don't reschedule for weather, this was an unpredicted wind/rain. The kids had a blast, ran around all day and a few adults did too. The guys who came out were great, they showed up early, they put it all together and off they went. They came later in the evening and quickly and quietly took it away. I would definitely recommend them and rent a bounce house from them in future. read more

If there was a negative star I'd give them - 5. We had our event planned for 1:00pm ON A WEEK DAY so asked for the bounce house to be delivered at 12:30. I called at 12:15 to make sure they were on time and I was informed that they missed scheduled us and that they fixed the issue and the delivery would be a few minutes late. At 1:15 I called and the truck had ran "out of gas". So they threw in a snow cone maker? At 2:25 they arrived. They set up the bounce house and left the snow cone maker on the sidewalk. (Who has time to set up and make snow cones an hour and a half into their event?) The bounce house smelled of mildew and it was dirty. I would be embarrassed to rent such equipment. They refunded us back a whole $70. Needless to say we will not be using this company ever again! read more

Horrible horrible horrible!! Do not EVER book these guys!! I booked them weeks in advance. They called the day before my event and ask if they could drop it off later that day. Sure no problem! They don't show up. So they call and say they are on their way the next day! I'm sitting at my house waiting! A hr past the delivery time I call the company. They said they knocked on my door but no one came to the door, and were now delivering to a different house and would drop it off after they finish. I called a hour later the office manager said no one could get ahold of the delivery driver and had no idea when he'd be at my house. He NEVER showed up. Took 3 weeks for them to refund my money because every time I called the manager was out! read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! I was at a festival that had rentals from here. They didn't deliver what was paid for, they didn't send the attendants that were paid for and they didn't fill the generator with fuel that was paid for. The generator only ran for an hour then ran out of gas which made the inflatable collapse. It was scary seeing people digging through it looking for children! If you want a fun safe event DO NOT RENT FROM THEM EVER!!!!! read more

The driver lost his keys, didn't bother to call and say he would be an hour late. Had to call to find out. The driver was not sorry, the cotton candy machine was dirty, and management is rude and uncaring. They refunded an hour of the total charge after a dirty machine and a headache... please go somewhere else. read more

Don't be discouraged by the old reviews. The new ownership of this franchise is making the difference. I scheduled an event for March, which ended up being canceled when the weather got unpredictable. The communication was VERY good leading up to the event and the notice to cancel went smoothly. Canceling at the last minute results in a raincheck for a future party. It's a tough policy, but it is clearly disclosed from the beginning. Best selection of inflatables, and improved customer service. I'm calling them again when I'm ready. read more

Bounce house was on order for 4pm sunday. Driver never called... at 4 I called them they said they had car troubles.... 15 mins they would be there .... I called at 5 6 7 pm with same excuse ..... They just flat out never showed.... I was told that i would get 50% off my next order and now they have no record of that discount!!!!!!! do not use this business...... wish there was a zero stars! read more
