When I ordered there was no available delivery times on Saturday or Sunday. I opted for a Monday delivery. "Better late than never".... I ordered flowers for my brother and sister-in-law's 20th anniversary. They were perfect, my sister-in-law was thrilled.

Lot's of marvelous gifts to get carried away with! Friendly staff! They had tropical flower arrangements made, which interested me. I needed a conference room center piece. The other a tropical arrangement was artsy, would last a long time if not exposed to the cold, and for a friend in recovery from surgery which is a fit. I thought if the ribbon changed?.... I left with two arrangements and not sure if it was brilliant for the price even with the sale on tropicals. read more

I chose Shelby's because I wanted to use a local flower shop. I do not live in Kennewick so it needed to be delivered. I know the website said some substitutions could be made, but the entire arrangement was different. Different color and style of teacup, no baby's breath, and different colors of flowers. When we called, the owner said we should have called to order instead of ordering online. I chose the colors to match a specific color scheme. I will use a national flower service next time. She did offer to deliver an empty teacup in a couple of weeks, but that is an odd offer after Mother's Day is long over. read more

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister on a particular date. I gave the times she would be home, but they missed the window. They did not call me to give me a heads up. When I called them on it, they gave me a song and dance over logistics. Honestly, the logistics is thier job. I could have had a family member do it, but need to be certain they would arrive on a particular day. Fat lot of good hiring a professional did me. They could have appologized and refunded the delivery charge, but there was no acceptance of fault from thier end. I have always liked thier flowers, but delivery is completely undependable. read more

Has an issue with an arrangement that was not the type of flowers I ordered. I specially marked not to substitute flowers on this website too but the manager says it must've been a "glitch" on the computer. They used fillers and cheaper flowers than what I ordered as a deluxe with spray roses. She says they followed the recipe on the website but the arrangement looked cheap and even the colors were off. When I called them to address this they said they would only do an EXCHANGE. How am I going to ask my mom to give back a gift that was already given. They said she'd get another arrangement but why would I ask her to go through the trouble of bringing back the arrangement to her work just to get a different one. I was the one who ordered it and felt it wasn't a deluxe arrangement why bring recipient into it.. poor customer service.. not ordering from them again!! read more

Just moved to this area so it was my first time in. Day before Mother's Day so I expected it to be very busy. No issue with it being busy. I was a little confused about what I was looking for. One worker looked me in my eyes and we made eye contact and then walked past me and asked the person BEHIND me if they needed help. I just walked out. I'm sure this is a "staple of the community." Since I live out of town I placed a phone order for a floral spray for a funeral. I needed it delivered the next day. They called Mueller's Chapel of the Fall to make sure I had the correct recipient, the time for the funeral to make sure to get it there on time. I didn't get to see the floral arrangement, I got confirmation it got there hours before the service. So I'm happy. read more

She loved it and it was exactly what we were looking for- an ikebana inspired arrangement with few flowers, greenery, possibly exotics, in pink, orange, white and green. I have been pleased in the past and have used them several times for my Mom's birthday. This year I "specifically" requested a dozen roses, the prettiest that they had, as long as they were not RED. They were to get a shipment of roses from their supplier on Tuesday, September 19th, the date I needed the delivery. I was assured that they would send the prettiest ones they had and that they would NOT be red. To my disappointment, my Mom sent me a picture of the roses that afternoon and they were in fact red. I had specifically said no red over and over and got confirmation that they would not be red. I called that evening and spoke with someone that confirmed she saw it on the order slip and somewhere else that I had said no red roses. Their solution to the problem was that they could go exchange the roses with my Mom. Really? It's her Birthday, I don't want you to bother her by taking her roses and exchanging them. The other solution was for my mom to drive into town and pick some for herself. Not my idea of good customer service at all. No solution. Not sure that I will use them next year...... read more

There were DEAD flowers throughout the arrangement (this was the urn arrangement) When I called 2 hours before service I was treated like I was over- reacting. 5 minutes before the service they called back asking if we wanted them to do anything. We took out the dead plants/flowers and arranged it ourself. WILL NEVER USE NOR RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST EVER AGAIN. read more

My father passed away last month, and I am a horrible son because I didn't remember my mom this Valentines Day. When I called her today she said she was feeling sad because my father always remembered the day.
