We agreed on a delivery date on my contract, then they called to change it since they had a lot, of deliveries over the Memorial weekend. My contract had a pick up date of Monday or Tuesday. They showed up on Monday without confirming and the guard at the gate was not letting any commercial vehicles in because of activities going on within the community for the holiday, unbeknownst to me. They charged me and additional $50 for re-pickup on top of the original $95 delivery fee. They charged my card without authorization. BUYER BEWARE!!!

My party was at 4pm and the bounce house didn't get delivered until 3pm. On top of that I told the driver I was not paying the full price. He tried to insinuate that I was lying & Said show me the text and all this other stuff claiming that the number I was calling was from the office and that there wouldnt be a text from there. which again see the text below as proof from the same number. He miraculously gets the owner on the phone when I said you can go ahead and take it back. 10% discount and I vowed to never use them again. From the moment I called for a quote and availability I knew I made a smart decision. Greg was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Once I decided on the boxing ring bounce house and the giant inflatable dart board, he had a contract emailed to me when we got off the phone securing the date and time. When the big day rolled around, the staff member, Josh, arrived early and had everything out and blown up within minutes. He also was super friendly and had no problem with how many times we changed our mind about where to set it up (Sorry about that)! The party was a huge success and everyone had a blast - adults and kids. I'd keep that that set up in my back yard every day if I could! We weren't sure when the party would end or if it would start raining, so Josh just said to text him when we were ready to shut it down and he would head our way. He cleaned everything up quickly and without any issue. On top of the awesome customer service, the clean, high quality equipment and the convenience of a flexible schedule, No Limit Event Rentals had the best prices out of anyone. I checked with every company in the Orlando area, and most charged a ridiculous "trip fee" to go to my neighborhood in addition to their already steep prices or didn't have much of a selection at all. There are not enough good things to say about this company. If you want to have the coolest party of the year and not spend a fortune doing it, go with No Limit.

Even I went down a few times and had a blast. The inflatable guys showed up early and set up professionally. They even came from Winter Park to our Deltona home. Very personable and efficient. Terrible experience with this company. I called them looking for a water slide for my daughter's…read morebirthday for the next day, as we just moved to the area a few days before. They were very responsive and said they had availability. I requested something small because the backyard is not very big. They asked me for the measurements, which I provided, and we were able to move forward with booking. The next day they showed up on time, however the very large, 800 pound slide, did not fit through either gate. I asked them to bring it in through the house but they said it was a liability. They offered to set up in the front yard but said it would require sandbags to keep the slide leveled and would be more expensive. Because we have small children and on a budget we decided that would not be best. The employee told us since they couldn't set it up we would receive a full refund and provided an email address to send the request to. I sent the email and Alex responded with an "I'm sorry we couldn't make it work". My card was still charged 2 days later. I reached out again, no answer. I called and left a message. 3 weeks later after no refund, I decided to try emailing again. This time Alex informed me that they have a no cancellation policy and would not be issuing a refund, except I did not cancel. He states his employees do not have the authority to offer refunds and he would not be issuing a refund. I was never once asked about the access to the backyard ahead of time. I gave all the information they requested prior to booking. I'm at a loss as to why I have to pay when they were unable to deliver what we reserved. I already had a very disappointed birthday girl and now I'm out $275.
