My experience was great and I immediately got recognized as the awesome auntie for bringing the bouncy house! No need to spend hundreds for a packed Monkey Joes party when you have the convenience of having this set up in your own backyard. The guys who run this are awesome, they gave top notch service, were completely punctual, and super friendly.They answered any questions I had about the set up, I could not ask for more better customer service! The set up ran smoothly and all the guest's kids were hype about jumping around with their friends in the 4 in 1 slide. I'm very impressed with their efficiency and will continue to use them for party entertainment. Seriously I will not look anywhere else. I am not usually one to post a negative review to any business, however this company almost ruined…read moremy son's birthday due to their mistake on July 4th, causing hours of unnecessary stress trying to fix the problem. I was quoted one price for a specific inflatable then delivery guys 'from a different company' appeared with the wrong structure. The owner refused to honor the quote that he gave me for the specific bouncer that I had requested, even when I had proof that he had made the mistake(the delivery guys verified the mistake also). The owner 'Julio' then wanted an extra $100 to bring the original one that I had hired, when I refused, he left me without a bouncer and without a care in the world. Very unprofessional business owner, no phone calls, only communicated through text. Please be wary when hiring through this company, they sub-contract all of their rentals, entertainment to other companies, earning a percentage, therefor not caring about the customer when things go wrong. Thankfully, I was able to hire another better from a more reputable company.
