We invested in a new phone system and didn't want the out of box recordings. Casey sat with us, learned about our business, and helped us script the recordings to meet our needs. When we decided to tweek the messages Casey had the re-recordings done immediately. I would highly recommend this company. Established in 1986.

Informer Messages on hold started back before most telephone systems weren't sophisticated enough to use messages on hold. In 1986 our clients were some of the world's biggest reservations centers, airlines like Swissair, Lufthansa, Austrian, China Air, JAL, as well as hotel chains like Le Meridien and Accor. Tour and Travel Operators like Continental Vacations and Travel Impressions, banks like Citibank. As phone systems became more advanced, we introduced new technology to be able to help Small and Mid Sized businesses with Marketing Messages on hold, too. Today, we serve businesses of every size, from Fortune 500's to one-person companies that just want to sound like a Fortune 500.

After my MacBook bricked and would not turn back on, I first tried bringing it to UBreakIFix. After…read moreweeks of delays and false promises, UBreakIFix told me that the logic board was damaged and as a result, I would need to pay for a replacement logic board, screen, and keyboard. In addition, my data would be unrecoverable. So, after doing my own research into logic board repairs for my specific model, I learned that it was possible to fix my MacBook and recover my data. So, after searching for local specialists, I found ThinqMac. My first conversation with one of their employees immediately made me feel that I was in good hands. The gentleman corroborated a lot of the information I had found out through my own research. The technicians ran some tests on my computer and eventually sent it out to a company that specializes in logic board repair. In the end, after being told by UBreakIFix and Apple that my data was unrecoverable and my computer would never turn on again, the folks at ThinqMac proved them wrong. My computer has been as good as new for the last 4 months and I was able to recover my data. Don't waste your time anywhere else, the folks at ThinqMac know what they are doing. Thank you again!

They partner with various online mail providers (e.g…read more iPostal1) through which you can pay a set fee (generally around $10 at the time of writing) to receive mail that is then processed according to your instructions (e.g. held for pickup, opened/scanned with e-mail sent to you of letter contents, forwarded to an address of your choosing). Working with online mail providers was new to them (they only started 2 months ago) and it was initially a bumpy experience (e.g. staff lacked training on how to use the new system). Based on my experiences so far, they have been open to feedback and have dramatically improved (e.g. I request a scan, I get a scanned copy of the document within the hour which is impressive and not a turnaround time I was expecting). I am now a very happy customer and the fact they are able to loop and improve bodes well about them being a provider that I trust with something deeply important to me (my personal mail). The franchisee for this PostNet location (Frank) from my interactions with him seems to be a nice, genuine guy who is passionate about his work.
