My husband ordered an arrangement for my birthday and they were lovely when they arrived, unfortunately in 3 days they looked terrible. This was a large arrangement of roses and tiger lilies with lots of greens. The roses were completely open when they arrived so by day 4, they were already wilted, the tiger lilies were falling apart on the table and many of the greens had already died. I was shocked to see this happen in such a short period of time, and they cost $130.00!!!!!!!! I called at the store, they were closed so I left the message that I would like to talk to someone about it and that I could send pictures. Well, sadly enough I never heard from them. Several days ago, my very good friend, sadly lost her furbaby. Living in Massachusetts, I am not familiar with area florists so I took a chance. I called Inglis Florist and requested an arrangement that would be bright, and cheery, and help make her smile at this sad time. Oh, and I had a special request for something 'froggy-related' (a little inside friend joke). Anyway, I had no expectation that my crazy request could be fulfilled. Well, THIS is what was delivered... over the top gorgeous, complete with an adorable little frog! My friend called me crying with happiness and appreciation! My father has used this florist for over 30 years. So for Valentines this year I ordered mom flowers and a box of chocolates from dad to our home. The flowers arrived, the chocolates did not. I called they said( Lori) the driver would drop the box of chocolates off by Saturday. Valentines was Friday. Ok Monday ,nothing.I called and spoke with Lori who assured me they would credit my card the $20.00 for the chocolates. It is now April and still no refund. It's about keeping your word. read more

I ordered an arrange through Teleflora that was filled through Inglis. I was disappointed that it was visually different from what I ordered but my biggest complaint was that the arrangement itself looked like something that I could pick up at a gas station. The flowers delivered had a bad smelling and dirty water. The recipient had to change the water right away. The roses were not fresh. I complained and Laurie offered to deliver another set. However, the recipient would be out of town. I ask for a credit but only gave me $7 which doesn't compensate at all to the embarrassment I had with my friend showing a dirty and bad smelling water. Lor from Inglis was hands down the best florist any bride to be would love to have. I was so happy with her work, my floral arrangements, bouquets, pretty much everything was amazing. Lor went above and beyond for my wedding. She had to make 2 trips. This was her suggestion, she wanted the photographer to get a good amount of pictures of bouquets and also she didn't want my floral arrangements to be sitting out in the sun all day. While the flower arrangements are on the pricier side, it's worth buying from here because of how gorgeous the arrangements are and how amazing the customer service is. I bought flowers for my mothers birthday, but I forgot that she was going on her honeymoon the same week, and thankfully the delivery person realized that no one was home and heard from the neighbor that my mother was on vacation. After that they called me and offered to redeliver the flowers in another week free of charge, despite already having the arrangement and likely having to redo the whole order. The customer service is stellar and the flowers looked gorgeous! I wish it weren't so pricy, but the flowers are worth it. read more

I received flowers from someone that ordered them from out of state they delivered my flowers once it for me and one for my sister that's in a living assistant home. The flowers were thrown in like a little kid must've just put them in a vase they were all uneven they were just thrown in there my sister's flowers were a bouquet of fresh flowers that had so much base they didn't put any fillers or anything it was just three roses two sunflowers and some other son some other filler but everything was so spread out in the vase I just looked at it I was like oh my god really so I called my friend and I said this these are the flowers that were sent to us well he got upset call the flower shop and told them you know what a mess they had sent out so in the morning when I got up I had to see the flowers like at 3 o'clock in the afternoon by the morning they were dead I literally had a walk in to the florist shop on Broadway and say I've got these yesterday and they're all dead so apparently they were using old flowers probably left over from prom and that left a bad feeling that I don't know that I ever ever do business with them again read more

Went into this location to ask about bridal bouquets. After I asked two questions the guy told me I needed to figure out what I actually wanted before coming in. We were the only customers in the shop at the time so I'm not sure why the impatience. The whole point of visiting a store is to talk to someone who knows more about flowers than I do, so it was an unhelpful and unpleasant experience. I ended up going to another florist in town who actually had a discussion with me on what flowers work well together, etc and I ended up getting something very nice with them, so there are certainly better options in town. read more

I met with a lot of independent florists in town and I was floored by some of the quotes I was given for flowers for my wedding. I was so delighted when I met Adriana at Inglis' Broadway/Tucson location. She not only had the same extensive knowledge of flowers, but she is incredibly kind, skilled and affordable. When discussing details, Adriana was able to tell me what flowers were in season for my wedding date, which ones were not, what would make good substitutions to save in price and what colors everything came in. She was always mindful of my budget and was able to make my dream a reality, all within my price point. Adriana and Inglis provided all the flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely picture perfect. I've heard wedding horror stories and was nervous that my flowers would not make it through the night, but they lasted well over a week after my wedding. I would honestly say that in terms of the details on my wedding day, my flowers were my favorite part. They exceeded my expectations and look amazing in my wedding photos. It was nothing like the picture and looked like it only had one pink rose in the entire bouquet! After a horrible experience with an online floral delivery company (that 800 company) and even worse problems with the joke of a florist they had hired to fill my order, I was near tears. I send my mother an arrangement every year for Mother's Day and was worried she wouldn't even get them this year. After searching Yelp for florists close to the UofA, I tried again with Inglis. I spoke with an angel of a woman named Shayna who really saved the day! She had me text her a picture of what I wanted, consulted with the floral designer (Cindy- thank you!!!) gave me a fair price, and handled everything with refreshing friendliness and enthusiasm! Shayna even updated me an hour later that the designer was going to wait for the next morning's shipment in order to use the freshest flowers! I feel like she really cared about making me feel better after the mess I'd just been through with another company and her efforts are proof that even simple kindness goes a long way! (Shayna knocked it out of the park!) The above and beyond service that Shayna and Cindy provided made my entire day better! Very impressed by this florist! My parents had ordered flowers for my wife and I for Valentine's Day but we were both away at the time of the delivery. The delivery man called me and stated that he didn't want to leave the flowers outside (which is nice) and suggested that we call to reschedule. Since Valentine's Day was on Friday, we had to wait until Monday to get them. Unfortunately, the flowers were in the process of dying when we received them. The florists were aware of this, reimbursed my mom the full cost and are delivering fresh flowers on Wednesday. This company's customer service is amazing and I highly recommend them! read more

This was the WORST experience I have ever had with a florist or even any local business. Trader Joe's would have been better! If you care about your event, definitely don't go here. When my son had his first formal dance he was so excited to find his date a corsage and, wanting to support a local establishment, we drove to Inglis five days prior to the dance before they placed their weekly flower order). We made very specific requests about the color of the roses, the filler flowers and greens. The day before the dance I called to confirm the order and spoke with a woman who seemed to have my order confused so, relieved that I had called, straightened it out and repeated exactly what we had requested. The day of the dance I arrived to pick up the corsage; the rose color was wrong (they looked like a sickly flesh color--not pretty) and the surrounding greens were also not what we had requested. I asked if they could just replace the roses but they HAD NO IVORY. All the remaining roses would have either clashed with her dress or were in terrible shape. Trying to problem-solve I called Safeway who had ivory in stock and asked if they would go pick up the correct roses (about half a mile away). The woman who was in the back (I'm assuming the owner) refused. She told me I could go pick them up myself and they would redo the arrangement and charge me for labor to redo the corsage. So apparently her solution was for me to use my time and money to fix their mistake. I was shocked at how unapologetic and unconcerned she was about their poor service. I ended up calling Beezu Flower's on S. 6th and they pulled together a simple and elegant corsage ready for me in less than 30 minutes. I can accept that business's will make mistakes but I expect if they do they will take responsibility for it and make it right. Their response was to be rude and indignant, they definitely don't stand by their work. I do not recommend! read more
