We left our cats Lily and Tia with this business between the 9th and 14th May 2022, when we picked them up after our break both cats had flu, they were sneezing frequently, their eyes were watering, they were not eating as usual. we too them to the vets because we were worried of their condition, the vet said that they had a viral infection and treated both cats for the issue, two days later we noticed that Lily has a very sore right eye, we took her to the vet again, the vet examined her to find her eye was badly infected and prescribed antibiotics and also an eye treatment to help the healing process, we had a follow up the week after to check her progress and it's not getting any better and in fact is getting worse, so now we are into July and we are in the process of getting an eye expert to try and sort out this issue, i really do hope that we can come to a happy ending with this progressing problem, my wife has to apply two different eye drops three times a day which to say the least is very confining and difficult for her, both cats are indoor cats so not in contact with any other animals, i would have written this in an email however contacting this business is impossible by electronic means. and if i actually phoned them i would probably be very rude and irate. we would be seeking full recompense for the treatment of Lily's medication and vets bills. and a warning would be advisable against using this place of business. please respond if you wish. read more
