She loves what she does and it great at teaching classes and offering modified moves for those less adventurous or limber :) This location just opened this month and is absolutely gorgeous! Very nice place to exercise and get lost in a world of relaxation and the intoxicating aromas of the homemade aromatherapy blends. Very nice selection of products as well. The woman who led my yoga class was experienced, loving, knowledgable and passionate about the practice. There were all levels in the class yet it suited all of us. Beginners felt at ease and she was sure to include variations for experienced yogis like me. I actually even learned a few things my her way of explaining. Carolina Women's Fitness has all of the typical gym equipment including weight machines, treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, and even a jiggle machine! There is a large room for group classes where they teach yoga and Zumba. There are also tanning beds. Both the gym and tanning salon portion offer memberships, but they are really relaxed on the commitments and work with you which is awesome. The prices are great and they offer some discounts. Dianne, the owner, is wonderful and really cares about her customers. There are always festive decorations up, especially at Christmas. The only reason I don't go there anymore is that there isn't a daycare for my son. But I highly recommend it to anyone in the Sanford area that doesn't need that option.
