First, they provided the wrong color - I asked for black and they brought dark brown and tried to convince me it was black. They ended up painting the door. Then the door would not properly close so they had to come back out to realign it. Then water seeped in when it rained because the door had not been properly sealed. And now finally the door is separating from the frame and is still not aligned. There is a draft and you can clearly feel the winter air coming through. Every time I request for someone to come out, I get a time frame that is rarely respected. As it stands I am still waiting for them to come out to seal and align the door. The door looks pretty, but the workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. Mind you this project cost me $4500 - does not at all seem worth it for all the trouble it has been.

Once the worker came off the roof I was told it needs work but isn't terrible and that the cracks in my flat roof should be cemented and an aluminum coating be put down. I asked about putting down a new layer and he quoted the same price as the other company so I feel that was reasonable. But they didn't come out looking for that money. He could have said what the last guy did, that I need it replaced, but he didn't. He said I still can repair what's there. Not only did I not feel ripped off, they had enough material on the trucks to do the job right there and they did it. From phone call to completion of cementing and coating my roof, took about 4-5hrs. Couldn't have been smoother. All questions answered.
