Don't rent from Inhabitr. I rented furnitures from this company and paid several thousand dollars for their services. We experienced multiple errors to this as well we found Inhabitr to be very disorganize. We spent great deal of time communicating back n forth about missing items that were incorrectly delivered initially. At the end the pick up men mistakenly took our personal items that's worth almost $375 from our rental house. When confronted, the customer lady denied and made it very difficult to deal with. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Most of the items you'll find on the website are unavailable, after you order they will offer you "free upgrades" to alternatives where they try to charge you the same price for significantly lower quality items. They ordered an actual WalMart bean bag to replace a felt sofa and then incorrectly shipped it causing two of the same PoS to show up weeks later. They contract their movers to 3rd parties and have terrible communication so the mover will show up with the wrong things over and over again. Their service desk is in India and so is barely helpful to get any issues resolved. Their contracts are incredibly and intentionally complex and you will find hundreds to thousands of hidden fees when you end it. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I am a stager in Arlington VA. I have always used a different furniture leasing company but decided to see how Inhabitr was. Upon placing my order I was informed that neither the sofa nor the dining table were available. So, I picked a different sofa and table. The day of delivery I was told that the delivery team would arrive within a two hour window (11am-1pm). I waited at the property for 5 hours! I called customer service atleast 6 times asking for an update on delivery time. They just kept telling me that they would reach out to the delivery team and find out what the update was. Finally around 4:30pm the "delivery team" showed up, they were two men wearing fliflops. They did not have the sofa or dining table I had ordered. I couldn't not reschedule to have the correct items delivered because we were taking photos the very next day. They scratched the hallway wall bringing in the sofa. I had to paint over the large scratch. I paid $506.63 to rent one sofa and one small dining table for a month. Then was charged $210.89 for the second month and $210.94 for the pick up fee. After spending this much on the rental I should've just bought a sofa and dining table and NEVER used this company. read more

While I pushed to get the furniture and the delivery date I wanted, they did deliver as scheduled. As for pick up, I had to confirm this on my own. Then, when I got the (unprofessional) text that they were coming, they never showed up. When I called, the person said that they were two hours behind, yet no one notified me. I took a half day off work and missed a doctors appointment because of this!! I do not recommend this company. If you dig and look at the "not helpful" posts, you'll see that others have poor reviews too. My bet is they wrote all their good reviews themselves and should be flagged. These people are not local to seattle. This could very well be a scam. Do not work with these people. read more

They said they would be here on a Saturday between 1:30-3:30 and call 30 mins before arrival. So i called a little after 3 just to make sure they were coming and the guy said he didn't know so he would have someone who would know call me. Then a lady calls me and tells me that something was going on with the crew, but wouldn't say what was going on but said my furniture would be an hour late at most and they would once again call when on the way. After waiting an hour and a half i called back and the same lady responded and wouldn't give me any answers then completely hung over and began ignoring us completely. My mom chatted with someone through the site and they rest of us kept trying to contact the company but no one was answering. Then 8:30pm rolls around and these three guys show up unannounced and then ask us to put together the chairs because they take a while and they claimed to have another delivery, despite one of the workers completely doing nothing and sitting on his phone. On top of that they didn't bring our beds in that delivery and wouldn't tell us why (turns out they never even had the beds.) Many days later the beds and the rest of the furniture was still not delivered, i was getting so fed up i had to call the company through Instagram DM, where the marketing person had to reach out to the deli every office for me. Days later the beds and rest of the furniture were finally delivered... at 8pm on a weeknight. The installers were here til 11:30 because they had to put together ALL of the furniture together. No matter how desperate you are for furniture, i would NEVER ever recommend this company. read more

This isn't a real company - it's a scam. I am begging you to please use any other option. I've had 5 rescheduled delivery times (all rescheduled night-before or day-of) and now 2 "set" delivery times where I just received no contact at all. Customer service over the phone is impossible and unhelpful. They make you pay a significant amount up front before even scheduling a delivery and now - no answer on a refund for that amount. If this is a real company, how they're still in business is amazing to me. Please, use any other option - CORT is a very similar price and is at least a reliable option. Or, just buying furniture and selling/donating at the end is cheaper than renting at all! Anything is better than this read more

You don't get to choose a delivery date until you've checked out and paid. Even then, you don't even get the delivery dates you choose. I picked a delivery date of the 23rd and they told me the earliest date they could deliver was the 28th. Because of this I had to cancel my order and was told a confirmation would be sent in 24 hours. 5 days later and no confirmation. The money I paid upfront has not been refunded yet either. I should have been more skeptical when ordering from this company. Do not make the same mistake I did and get your furniture from literally anywhere else. read more

I've had a great experience with Inhabitr. Customer service was incredibly helpful (and patient, as I wasn't sure what I wanted). FYI their set photos may not be accurate-- they were out of stock of one of the pieces, but were really great about changing one of the pieces to something really nice. The delivery team was especially awesome (thanks Mark & Danny!), and the whole experience felt really good. I love my furniture-- I got a bedroom set-- and I'm 100% glad I booked through Inhabitr. read more

Our experience with Inhabitr has been a bit bumpy from the start--with order issues, overcharges, and miscommunication errors between team members and departments--but things are finally looking up. We were finally able to get ahold of upper level management, who did everything in their power and then some to rectify the issues with our orders. We appreciate their willingness to reach out to us, explain where there were breakdowns, and ultimately fix order issues we have been dealing with from the start. This shows that their loyalty to their customers is a top priority, which is an admirable quality in a startup company like this. read more

I don't even think this is a real company. I spend over 2 weeks trying to line up furniture for a staging project and never got a clear or organized order. They kept trying to change my items (with the guise that they were an "upgrade." They kept changing my dates. Nothing I wanted was in stock. Customer service over the phone was a nightmare. I had to rent furniture because of moving. I could not find a better company than inhabitr. They offered one month renting for a while apartment set, and was easy to cancel some of the items that I did not need. Udip was particularly helpful and frequently texted and called to make sure I received the best service. I highly recommend Inhabitr for furniture rental. read more

This company is a life saver!!! We moved to Seattle as a last minute job switch from a 4000sqft house to a 800sqft apartment. It was so nice to be able to select a bed and frame to fit our new accomodations without having to commit to buying another piece of furniture we'd have to get rid of later. They have everything!! Their movers were on time, professional, funny, and beyond clean. Customer service was helpful and communicated everything that would happen the day of arrival. We may just rent furniture from here on! read more
